RECON has been a faithful service on our block for the past 5 years. You can always reach them and they always offer friendly, excellent, and prompt service! I’ve been through a skunk trying to make a home and rats from the nasty rental behind us! RECON were on the job and I suffered very little in time! Devin is the best he’s always ready to help!

I almost don’t want to write this review because I don’t want anyone else to know about my secret but I owe it to Recon to write the truth. These guys are the absolute best! I have experienced excellent customer service from day one. Today, for example, I saw a mouse in my new house (just moved in) and I screamed! My dog, as usual, didn’t do anything so I called Recon and talked to Devin, he is the best including his whole team. They were here within 30 minutes and took care of the mouse quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended!!!

I had birds that were making an external vent there home, I called Recon in and they were extremely helpful. They even came same day to help me out. When the tech’s came out it was about to pour down rain, did not bother them one bit. In a short break in the weather they ran up the ladder, cleaned out the vent, cleaned up and mess they may have made and packed up. Very professional very courteous. Would highly recommend!

These guys were going door-​to-​door just about the time I was looking for a pest control company to prevent any problems before they started. I’ve been using their standard pest control service plus lawn tick treatments for about 3 years. What I like about them the most:
* Every time I call, Devin answers, is knowledgeable, and is able to make a decision if needed.
* I like supporting small, local companies.
* Several of the pest control companies I considered had plans that involved service every 2 months. Recon’s plan is every 3 months which results in a lower, annual cost.
* Recon does not constantly try to cross sell me on other services the way Scott’s Lawn Service does.
The only thing I don’t like, is when they call to let me know a technician will be in my area for my quarterly service «in the next couple days», they really mean tomorrow. I have a hard time returning phone calls promptly, so if I want them to treat the inside of my house, I have to call them to come back and do it. They are always willing without complaint, but would be nice to communicate in time so they can do everything at once.
