Booked these guys to clean the carpets of my previous apartment after moving out– and required by our lease. They arrived early and cleaned the carpets in record time. They were incredibly friendly and have great prices. I will definitely use them again.

This company is simply the BEST for carpet care and for buying new carpet and flooring The entire staff is superb; knowledgeable, and really nice. Their work is perfect and their service is even better than perfect This is the only place we would entrust with our carpets — and we have really expensive wool and hand knotted carpets.

I always get my carpet work/​cleaning with Absolute Carpet Care. Recently, their was a slight miscommunication problem relative to work that was scheduled to be done and I was less then 100% satisfied. I called the main office and discussed my situation with «Tracey». She was very receptive to my concerns and showed true empathy. She forwarded my problem to one of the managers Marcus. Marcus immediately got back in touch with me. He Truly «listened» to what happened and we discussed some realistic expectations and scenarios to fix the original problem. Even though the original problem with the carpet wasn’t the fault of Absolute Carpet Care, it was on them to at least fix it the way I wanted and had paid for, if at all possible.
When Marcus got involved, he made sure their was complete communication and he personally made sure the work repair to be done would leave me 100% satisfied. He was right! The repair was basically PERFECT and the rest of the Townhome carpets all cleaned BEAUTIFULLY as well!!!
I couldn’t be happier as Tracey and Marcus represented everything GREAT about Absolute Carpet Care. They REALLY CARE about their customers, the work that is done for them, and COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

I am so glad I re-​found you Absolutely. I used Absolute years ago when I had a single family home. They were recommended by the Realtor that sold me my home. I had since moved and remarried so I forgot them and lost there number and name. But I never forgot the great service, loyalty discounts, and extras they provide. I happened to be jerked and mistreated very unprofessionally by a service in the Clipper coupon mag., so when I slammed them in the review Absolute was sitting on the side of the page winking at me.
I heard Angles singing, I found them after 9 years ago. I called the first thing in the morning and they were at my door in a few hours. The staff were prompt, courteous, and spent time explaining everything «as I remembered». They had a selection of different service levels for my budget. I also remembered that they are not cheap, but in my experience they are the best and worth every penny. Can’t believe I almost signed on to one of those flim flam $ 69.00 services, that are unprofessional and not as good as advertised.
Thanks Tracy, Marcus, and my service guys Phillip and Rafael, they were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME… ps…Thanks for my sample bottle and especially my booties for the family, nobody does that, the other companies thought I was crazy when I asked for them.

I never write reviews for anything but restaurants but I am making an exception with Absolute Carpet Care. I used them once before but had forgotten how great they are, from customer service to carpet cleaning. I have a dog so there were some «special» stains and dirt in a high traffic area. The 14+ year old carpet looks bright and super clean. It took 1 hour for 2 rooms, hallway and stairs. The whole experience was the definition of «professional.»

I was looking to get my carpets cleaned and had heard about Absolute before I checked their references. After reading reviews online, I decided to go with them over any others. I’m glad I had them do the work. They were fantastic. I had no problems with the office in coordinating my cleaning. The technicians were fantastic. They were friendly, honest and courteous. They went over everything with me before they started and were helpful in getting me the best deal I could with advertised specials. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again.

I absolutely recommend them for your carpet cleaning!
They call when they are about 20 minutes out to give you plenty of time to make sure you are home. When they arrive they introduce themselves before coming into your home, they don’t barge in like other people we’ve had clean the house in the past.
They dress professionally with clean khakis, belts, and shirts tucked in. They measure rooms before they treat the room so they use the right amount of solution. They vacuum before they start even if you already did, just to make sure you get a good clean carpet. They don’t drag their solution through the house, they keep everything on the van and put down towels so they didn’t damage anything. They made the carpets SPARKLE they are so clean!!!
I definitely recommend these guys — I would trust them in my house and I will be using them again!!!

I have used these guys twice now. They are fabulous — show up on time and do a fantastic job. The customer service folks are super nice and very knowledgeable. I have tried big name folks in the past and my carpets have never come out very good nor do they ever show up on time. I have a toddler, a dog and two cats so regular carpet cleanings are a must. These guys treat the stains and get them out. They are reasonable, but you will pay more than the ads in the paper. Well worth the money for the time and effort involved — plus they have a one year warranty for stains. I won’t ever try to cheap out on a carpet cleaning again… youo get what you pay for and a reputable company that does a fantastic job is worth a little extra!

These guys are as good as it gets. I got a same day appointment for an emergency stain that I never thought would come it. They called 20 minutes before arriving so I could be out and not sitting around waiting, came when they said they would, the crew was as nice as can be, polite and professional. They worked HARD to get the stain out and did. Because there was a basic service charge for coming out, they also did my stairs so that I got the full value.
This is such a change from my experiences with Stanley, where I felt like they were up selling me and didn’t feel like there was real quality in their work.
I will never again use anyone but Absolute. The difference in this company versus big chain steamers is night and day. I’m 100 percent satisfied and a total fan.

Service was fantastic. I called to get a quote and they were they that afternoon. I got a good price and the technician that came out was so nice, polite and knowledge. My Mom and I both use them now.
