I got my oil changed here last time, and brought my own oil and filter. They were nice, quick, clean and fairly priced. I plan on doing this every time i need my oil changed!

Came here because my brakes were having issues and because I saw their special.
My appointment was honored on time and the guys took the time to explain my car’s issues and give an approximate yet reasonable quote — nowadays you can’t replace pads without changing rotors, so brake jobs are expensive. Because my car is a lease and it’s due for return at the end of the month, the manager let revenue go and recommended I handle my car differently — a car that’s rarely driven anyways.
I appreciate these guys’ honesty, a rare find in this industry in which most shops are out to get you at any cost.

Great service. Most of all honest. Hard to find an honest auto repair shop. I took my car to uncle eds. They said I needed a new belt and all this other cleaning to fix my engine light. Total cost. $ 400.00. I then went to Midas, who said spark plugs needed to be changed, then I needed stuff done to transmission, a new belt… total cost 686.00…took it to auto lab a 70 $ oil chane fixed everything.

Let me start by saying that I use Unilocal a lot but never put reviews.
My Audi had break lights on and I recalled Audi dealership saying that front brake pad might need to be replaced in some time. Dealership costs a lot to change them, obviously because its Audi and very few mechanics even knows how to change them. I called 3 – 4 so called big auto repair shop and none of them could tell the price to fix or how long would they take or even if they could do it or not. I have heard some good things about this place from a long time customer, and thought of calling them. Dennis, the manager not only mentioned detailed and transparent pricing over the phone but also explained why it costs me few bucks more than American/​Japanese car brake pads. They guys said me exactly what my Audi dealer said and got work done promptly. Very knowledgeable, reasonable as well as transparent mechanic with whom I can trust my Premium car.
P. S.: I am glad I haven’t read the previous negative review else would have definitely missed such a good place to fix my car. Later on digging dip I found that this place also have some really good reviews on google. Lesion learned «Dont go by just one review about any place»

If even a thought crosses your mind to go to this auto repair shop to fix even a spark plug in your car, TURN THE THOUGHT OFF!!!
This business is extremely unprofessional, from the ridiculous manager «Dennis» to the non-​English speaking, tax-​exempt (I’m sure) employees that have no prior mechanical experience, let alone a certified mechanics license.
My experience:
I took in my mid-​size car (fairly new 2011) to have some spark plugs replaced, and the car was on the lift when I got there a week later (because it ‘needed’ more work as explained by the robber «Dennis») and as I am standing there, not understanding the non-​speaking mechanic that starts going off in a rant in his language; I think his name was either Sal or Sam (but aren’t they all a Sal or Sam?!) I was confused as to what he was trying to tell me… apparently Sal/​Sam or whatever his name is replaced the fuel pump on my car?! What?! Fuel Pump? They replaced so many things that they shouldn’t have even touched without my knowledge and/​or consent. I’m sure that was a cost scam to get more money in the shops pocket.
I will NEVER go there again after my $ 653 bill nor will I let anyone I know go there. I am WARNING all of you NOT to go there.
ps — I will also be reporting the illegal immigrant working there to the IRS :)
