DO NOT GO HERE!
Was told I needed a transmission rebuild. Upon further inspection of the transmission, and getting a second opinion from a different transmission specialist, I am no where near needing a rebuild.
Something just didn’t feel right about these people from the beginning, so I went with my gut. I have never had transmission issues prior to bringing my vehicle in for non-​transmission damages, and all of a sudden the transmission needs a rebuild?
Please go elsewhere, and save your self a lot of time, headache, and money. Unless of course, you would like to feel like you have been scammed.

Great to see that Dave and his company continue to stray away from the truth, and rather than own up to the shoddy at best job, he would rather attempt to ruin my good name by claiming that I am a reckless driver. I would like to start off by saying that I am NOT a reckless driver whatsoever and can confirm that I am an active member of a Ford Fusion Enthusiast club with 5,000 + members. In this club, we take pride in maintaining our cars and sharing mechanical/​repair knowledge amongst our peers– by no means at all is this a «race my car into the ground» kind of club that car groups stereotypically have the reputation of. As Dave has confirmed, you can see that without a doubt that this shop took WAY too long to achieve the repairs to my transmission and I have verified with several others to be true. I called my warranty company today and they were shocked when I told them that AAMCO spent 2 months on this job, as were many other mechanics I have called. The above reason is why they only covered 4 days of rental car fee’s, because the length of time for the work to be completed is predetermined to take no more than these aforementioned 4days. Out of the goodness of their hearts, my warranty company approved 3 more days to help me out a little bit, although I should not have needed it if the job was completed in a timely manner. I will admit that I chose a rental vehicle that cost a little extra to drive because I felt that I should be able to drive a vehicle that was at least at par with the vehicle I owned, not the Nissan that was offered to me. This was for a price premium of $ 10 extra per day which I did not mind paying out of my pocket (plus rental insurance of course, to cover me), assuming that my repairs would be done in a week or so like I expected. After hearing promise after promise fall short for a solid FOUR weeks, I decided that if problems persist after my car is «repaired», I will not be renting a vehicle anymore, I just could not afford it whatsoever. Upon dropping the vehicle off at the rental company, I was handed a slip showing the costs hit $ 1,000. I was shocked but luckily only had to pay $ 500 of that since AAMCO agreed to pay the other half (This is what Hertz told me), so I bit the bullet and agreed. Needless to say, the next day — Hertz was getting in contact with me to pay the other half, because AAMCO declined to pay it. So here I am, down $ 1,000 and had just gotten my car back that still was not shifting correctly, I had to take it back to AAMCO. The car went back to AAMCO and they began their second month of work on the vehicle that was NEVER right, I don’t call these events them «honoring their warranty», I call this FIXING the problem they never fixed in the first place — this was not good faith on Dave’s part, regardless of what he tries to tell you. I spoke to Dave, calling him out on their dishonesty by leaving positive reviews for themselves, in which, he declined to have happened. He told me that his Service Manager’s name is «Renee Harland» or something of the sort whom I find rather humorous because she with 100% certainly owns the alias «Renee Ruminski». You may ask how do I know that? Well quite simply on 2÷11÷2015 when AAMCO could not reproduce the problems with my car, I sent Renee a video of the noises I was hearing. Would you like to know the email address she provided me with? «reneesruminski…». Odd that someone with the name Renee Hartland would provide me this email address huh? Furthermore to prove the fraud and dishonesty of this company, you can see that Dave claims that the warranty company sent an adjuster out to confirm that my transmission actually needed to be rebuilt. I called my warranty company and they had absolutely zero record of an inspector coming out, but rather, simply an approval the day AAMCO asked to rebuild the transmission. I own all of this documentation and can PROVE it. I do not believe my car ever needed a rebuild at all because the real problems were electronic. If all the gears were burned up, it would’ve NEVER shifted properly until the gears were replaced. Funny thing is, is that unplugging the battery and allowing the car to reset its memory would allow the car to shift perfect for a short amount of time. A gear is either broken or good. There is no in between and I feel that Dave took this job on to make a quick buck and take advantage of my warranty company. After struggling with the job for weeks and finding that his team did not have the technical ability to do the job, he started looking for ways to blame the customer and the above YouTube link is just that (posted way back in 2014 mind you). This particular video on YouTube shows in no way shape or form that this was my car or even me driving it — Dave just wants an easy «outing» to take the blame off of him. Simply because of my age, I believe that Dave thinks he can pull the wool over my eyes but I am not stupid.

My car recently began to fail shifting over 3^rd gear. I suspected a faulty solonoid.
Let me say they charge for absolutely anything including literally starting your car and telling me what I already stated «3^rd gear aint shifting» that will be $ 50. You dont say! hah didnt i just tell you it wasnt shifting to 3^rd gear?.
Front desk awfully unprofessional. woman had no idea about car technicalities and couldn’t answer my simple questions. Instead, she started calling me hunny and trying to chat about my personal life.
In the end nobody could tell me even in theory how much they charge for pulling out the transmission, solonoid exchange, trans inspection or trans exchange.

I used to like this place until recently. I think they have a new owner. They tried to scam me into a rebuild that I dont need, and have jacked me around on their warranty for a leak I have. Never again will I go there. BUYER BEWARE.

I’ll start this review off by stating that I am not a rich man. Well, unless you count poor taste in joke-​telling. In that particular case I am a rich man.
I took my 2000 Lincoln LS here a few years ago (roughly 6) when it had 75k miles on it. They did a transmission flush and filter change. It cost me about a hundred bucks. At the time, the Crest Lincoln dealer down the street wanted $ 300 for the same service. Yikes.
Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. I called and scheduled a transmission flush and filter change on the same car. The Lincoln has about 110k miles on it now. The cost: $ 99.95. They did the flush and filter change in 45 minutes. That included a test drive to ensure nothing was wrong with the automatic transmission.
All in all this place has been great for standard maintenance on my Lincoln LS transmission. I got a couple cups of free java and a partial episode of Walker Texas Ranger in on a nice Friday morning. Couldn’t ask for more.
