Welcome to Service Dog Assistance Products! Our products allow service dogs or pets to easily control electrical, electronic and signaling devices such as lights, appliances, cell phones, security and medical alert systems and allow personal autonomy for those individuals experiencing challenges, implementing end of life care solutions or wishing to add ease and convenience to their daily routines.

The SDAP System allows service dogs and pets to be trained to operate a single, easy-​to-​use trigger switch. Under the switch are custom-​designed electrical or electronic devices and circuits which are programmed to turn on and off an infinite number of hard-​wired or wireless household or commercial appliances.

SDAP products are considered durable medical equipment for tax and insurance purposes and enable even small dog to comply with new The U.S. Department of Justice regulation 28 C.F.R., Subpart A 35.104, Definitions for service dogs.

History

Established in 2010.

Service Dog Assistance Products was started in 2010 to provide a vital link between dogs and modern conveniences such as medical alert, emergency response, home security and automation systems. The owners developed and tested the products and then applied for a patent covering dogs using electrical, electronic and signaling devices. SDAP products allow service dogs or pets to easily control electrical, electronic and signaling devices such as lights, appliances, cell phones, and security and medical alert systems. Our products facilitate personal autonomy for those individuals experiencing challenges, implementing end of life care solutions or wishing to add ease and convenience to their daily routines. SDAP specializes in engineering systems for use by dogs that apply a vast array of electrical and electronic technologies normally reserved for industrial, defense, or commercial applications and putting these systems behind our universal simple to use SDAP box.
