Being in the business i like to support other business especially in the nieghborhood and same type of business. I ordered a fresca pie which had 90% tomatoes and nothing else. I also ordered chicken tenders and fries for my kids. Supposed to get 5 tenders in an order only got 2. Don’t know how that happen. However I called up and they delivered the rest which was good. But fresca pie was horrible man way to much tomatoes and not enough of the other veggies. Also when u deliver ketchup packets please check and make sure they are not all stuck together.

I didn’t have very high expectations based on other reviews for this location and others, but was pleasantly surprised. We came here as a group of 14 and had made a reservation. They had a long table set up and brought over fresh rolls and complimentary little pizzas before we ordered. Very nice! The menu is much more extensive than online — they have like 20 salads as well as pizzas, entrees, soups, heroes, etc. I had the almond salad with chicken which was very good. Others had pastas, pizzas and soups and everyone really enjoyed their food. It isn’t the best pizza I’ve ever had but was definitely good and the service was very pleasant. The owner/manager came to check on us several times and even apologized for a noisy group of kids sitting nearby. Overall it was a very good experience, parking is easy, food is fresh and very tasty, plentiful(huge portions) and there’s a wide variety to choose from which is nice for a large group.

This place has really changed for the worse since it re-opened. The quality of service has really gone downhill. On Saturday night, the hostess was sarcastically telling all of the guests coming in through the door that the wait was 30 – 45 minutes, as if implying that they should go elsewhere. The 2 blonde waitresses that work there have terrible attitudes. This is really unfortunate, because this place was wonderful to go to before renovations began on the shopping center, and now because of my last 2 experiences which have both been unsatisfactory, I will not be returning.

Just finished my meal with my mother at Villa Monte. This is the first time I’ve came here to sit down and eat dinner since they reopened. The food was absolutely remarkable. We received warm rolls as we waited for our appetizer. The garlic fries with a side of ranch sauce are remarkable. As an entrée I had the penne vodka and my mother had the spinach ravioli. The food was well plated and fresh. I just have to say we will definitely be returning in the future. The service we received by Mike was world class. Exactly what you’d expect from a high class restaurant. He made sure my cup was filled and everything was ok with our order. I highly suggest visiting Villa Monte and see why their slogan is: Beve Beni, Mangia buono, si sienti beni.

Great experience, these guys were very nice and helpful even though we came in late(11pm on a Sunday)… definitely also a plus that they were open this late in the first place! Oh yeah, great pizza too!

Horrible service, and they charge for your salad when you get an entrée. Most places give it for free, all the waitresses use to but the owner came over and screamed at me because I questioned the waitress thinking the salad came with my meal.

Our«Go-to» pizzeria. My favorite, the Broccoli Rabe & Black Olives slice is awesome. My husband, he enjoys the Buffalo Chicken slice. Can’t go wrong with their pizza. It’s all delicious. Love their crust. They’re entrees are very good too. It’s not a 5 star experience, but it’s a great neighorhood spot to grab a bite of good staten island italian food.

This is a good family Italian restaurant with very good pizza. The Italian dishes are really good with authentic Italian flavors. The portions are large enough for two. The pizza here is a slightly better then average. The staff are friendly and make good recommendations. They are also quick and efficient. The décor is very old and can use some updating. The price is very reasonable for the amount of food you get.

Take me to ITALY where the Italians know hospitality and food! My entrée of Chicken Marsala shared for two at $ 16.00 and my lovely date’s entrée of Linguini at $ 9.25 were dutifully enjoyed. Food is slightly better than average albeit the quality is not of gourmet level. Customer service is inattentive for the ill fated snail crawling speed for a near empty dinning room on a Thursday afternoon. Décor is outdated to the 1970s era and mirrors a diner. Price is reasonable for either lunch or dinner.
