Specialties

We specialize in making grill pizza and fried pizza. Our crust is very thin, crispy and well-​done, made with the finest dough. We only use our home-​made mozarella on every pie and sauce made from Italian Imported tomatoes, as well as only fresh ingredients cooked right on the spot to top every pizza. We are most known for our signature dish, «Ricotta Dumplings» which has brought back many a customer. Our «Vongole Pie» is our clam pie that is said to be the best on Staten Island. We offer a wide array of specialty pies, including an artichoke, tomato and spinach pie or if willing to try something new and innovative, our grilled chicken, basil pesto and mozzarella pie is surprisingly impressive. Our Nutella desert pie (with strawberries, bananas and powdered sugar) is the perfect ending to a scrumptious meal. For the Cannoli lover, we are the only place on SI that serves the old-​fashioned Italian desert, Casatellas.

History

Established in 2011.

To be honest, this idea started on a whim– we weren’t happy in our current careers, which inspired us to do something we love. For 2 summers we have been grilling pizza in our yard, constantly experimenting with ingredients and ways to improve the taste and quality of our pizza so it ‘s just like old — Neapolitan style. The chef just has a knack for cooking– just knows exactly what and how much ingredient to mix together to come up with a «perfect» combination for a «perfect» meal. We have had our neighbors, friends and family constantly tell us we’re missing our calling by not sharing our product to the rest of SI. We feel that at this point in our lives, we’ve done our time for others and now we want to make something for ourselves. A place where our blood, sweat and tears are devoted to doing something we enjoy and that’s rewarding to us. Therefore, here we are introducing SI to a new style of pizza that so far has people traveling from Jersey and other boroughs as wel
