I’ve been coming to this car wash for several years to have my car hand washed, and it seems like common practice to find them either closed early on certain days or simply not have enough workers to service my car. It’s basically a hit or miss.
And again, a few days ago, despite specifically taking a 20 minute drive from another part of the Island to come here during their regular business hours, I was told by a worker, I could not get a hand wash because they were under staffed, this is despite seeing 2 cars being hand washed already and no line. I proceeded to inform the young man that I drove from a further location specifically to get a wash here, at which point he offered for me to go through their automatic wash, which I declined, since these tend to be less thorough and more damaging to car paint over time. Besides, I came for their hand wash service.
I told him that he should let his management know that this is not good business to turn away customers during regular business hours, and proceeded to slowly drive off, when I saw the worker laughing off as I drove away, so I told him, you’re laughing, but you’re loosing money. At which point, he thuggishly replied, «come at me again bro»… are you kidding me? This is a business or a ghetto? I dialed the business after leaving to inform management of this nonsense, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Perhaps they will read this.
Never coming to this wash again, and will ensure my family and friends won’t either. The weather’s nice and I’d rather wash my car myself during the warm seasons.

Hands down my favorite car wash. Every time I leave here my car’s paint looks like liquid! Super clean — and it lasts!
They type your plate number in and you get a free wash after 10! I recommend the Super Splash, it is a full exterior /​interior including armor all on dash, seats, tires. A bit pricy but as they say, you get what you pay for.
