I and another person went to this buffet yesterday. The woman who was going to seat us was heading for a table that was right near the bathrooms, with a lot of «traffic», and there was a broom and dust pan right behind the seat where I was going to be placed. It was the worst place to sit in the whole establishment. I asked her«is there anything better», and then she took us to the area where there were booths. AND, to my surprise, there were at least 7 booths that were empty(and those that were filled many had just two people sitting in them). I understand that some places hold booths for those that are three people or more. But, in this case, there were many empty booths and some of them just had two people. So there was no reason why this woman took us to that area. I am so disappointed, and even though the food was«pretty good», I do not think I will be back.

If you want a nice serving of Noro-virus come here. My friend came here to eat with me and after vomiting straight for 5 hours and going to the hospital i can easily say I’m never returning here. How hard is it to wash your hands after using the restroom?

The food is so delicious and fresh. I go there with my family all the time when I visit them. The selections are endless and the crab legs and shrimp is very tasty. It’s very nice buffet and I recommend it for anyone who likes to try different variety and selection of food.

A lot better than I expected. We had a lobster which is totally worth the 4 dollars. This is one of the best Chinese buffet I had in NY. But combine with their price. It become unbeatable.

This place used to be good. Now, it’s merely ok. The sushi is absolutely gross. The raw shellfish is bad as well. Some food is still good. The staples like chicken with broccoli and pepper steak are good. The ice cream and banana pudding are always good. Also, the dim sum and the salmon are tasty. They still have a better buffet than some others I’ve frequented. 2 ½ stars.

Trash! Digusting all across the board. All food tastes like its spent all its day in a freezer. No flavor. Just bad, bad, bad. It was almost a joke. Dessert horrible. Ever tried WARM chocolate pudding? They have it ! Disgusting. Will never ever go back. Crabs are filled with green almost impossible to eat. And they’ve probably been frozen FOREVER. crab legs, gross, no meat. They do not serve quality food at this buffet. Disgusting and I’ll never go back. Oh and they should renovate because it’s disgusting to look at. Wish I could put no stars.

We’ve been coming here for the last couple years, mostly for birthdays and celebrations. The food is decent enough, I agree with comments below me about the crab legs, those go real quick. The sushi isn’t very good, I’ve gone to worser places though. Only thing I hate is when I tip, they get nasty when you don’t put down a good tip, $ 20 or more. I mean if we’re coming in and giving you close to $ 200, you gotta give us a break. We always bring friends and family here, we’re basically advertising.

The comments you read below about insufficient crab legs is true, but as far as the behavior of the customers, I don’t even think it’s their fault, it’s the fault of the establishment for not putting out enough. You make something rare, you’re going to jack up the demand; e.g., gold. This notion that it’s a bunch of «fat» people waiting for crab legs is nonsense: you don’t even get that much meat out of crab legs. The fat people have plenty else to choose from. Crab legs are consumed for the taste, but either raise the price, bring out enough to satisfy a number of people & bring them out more often, or don’t offer them at all! Kind of a funny story behind that: I got a sneak peak that they were bringing out the crab legs, I rush over to wait for them, no one is there, then this other lady appears, she grabs the tongs like she’s going to be the first to get them even though I was there first. I didn’t realize: this is WAR! So I grabbed another set of tongs from a nearby dish. What behavior. Again, I don’t blame her. The number of legs that come out ensure that the first person is going to get most of the good ones. Don’t even get me started about the lobster: at least they’ve wised up & only offered those for additional cost now.

This place has been getting progressively worse through the years and I think it officaly hit rock bottom. Aside from the rarely friendly staff the quality astronomically declined. We went for dinner and aside from people who hover over the crab legs to come out, when they finally do come out they bring out a tiny amount and it ends up only 2 – 3 people actually get any. Aside from that, I refuse to believe those crab legs are even remotely sanitary. They taste like they were cooked in dirty water and on multipul occasions the crab meat was yellowish. Gross. You also see a habit of the employees who bring out food will use the same utensils on different food(from meat to fish) so if you have a food allergy, your basically just winging it. Don’t even bother to try the«sushi», it is rolled terribly with no filling. Its basically a rice ball. 99% of the food is over or undercooked. They just can’t seem to get it right. Never agian, its nothing like it use to be ten years ago.

Was referred by a friend to try this asian style buffet place. As a chinese person going into a buffet is usually U likly nowadays because there are so much more than just buffet. I literally stopped going to buffets in general many many years ago because food was just thrown there. But as I came here, it was different. I’m glad I walked in here to give it a try! The interior is nice and simple like regular Chinese setup in a Resturant. The staffs were all extremely nice and mannered. They greet you when you enter, during your table and when you leave which is very important to keep customers coming back satisfied. They have 3 rows of cooked foods, 1 raw food which included oysters and clams, and 1 area for salads and fruits. Looking through it seems like very little but as you start eating, it’s a decent amount. The variety of food was not bad, but can definitely be better. I definitely go here to eat their raw oysters!!! I can have at least 4 dozens of it myself! As for other cooked food they seem regular to me, maybe because I’m Chinese and I have them here and there! But it’s worth a try.

The worst chinese buffet I have ever tried. Not one food item here has flavor. The staff is not friendly at all and the place is kind of dirty.

Been here so many times and I used to enjoy it but not anymore The place has a weird smell to it and some pieces of their sushi smell like ammonia and they are not made fresh to order Their assortment of food is ALWAYS the same For $ 15 per person I would rather go to town on the dollar menu at any fast food place

This restaurant does not appear clean. The food is what you expect from a buffet, low quality. If you want an inexpensive meal and quantity while little quality. This place is for you.

This place has been around forever and it shows. Some of their items are pretty good, such as the ginger fish and some of the hot Chinese dishes, but others are obviously low quality. I don’t bother with the crab because they’re too small and too much work. Price is about average for a Chinese buffet.

If you want to see low class pathetic overweight hordes of fat people waiting in line for crab legs like a bunch of low class animals, this place is the place to go. I have never seen such pathetic behavior in my life. Other than that, the food is comparable to any other chinese buffet — on a good day it’s possibly edible.

I actually really really enjoy eating here. Since I live a couple of blocks away I go to eat here like 2 times every week and it never gets old. Wide variety of food and its never crowded. Unless you go on a holiday. Other than that I never had a problem with the food or the waiters, defiantly will go back there to eat again!

Amazing buffet, great variety and 9 out of 10 items are tasty and high quality. They’re very clean and replenish all the food items regularly, never saw anything turn dry and crusty. I drive half an hour here(passing other closer buffets) when I want a good, inexpensive buffet experience. This place is great for large groups if everyone is budgeting. Only down side is the rude servers. Otherwise a hit

It’s hard to find a buffet that’s good but new china is going okay! The food is either a hit or miss for most people. I find it to be an okay restaurant for the most part. A lot of the dishes are really flavorful and really appetizing. I’d stay away from the sushi area though. Most rolls are pretty bland and gross. I’d also advise you to stay away from the raw section where all the oysters are. God knows how long they’ve been sitting there. In the end this place is still a buffet but the food is pretty good.
