Laundry Express Center

I was dropping off my laundry here for about two years, same amount about 15 to 20 lbs. Every time the girl would ask me separate (colored /​white) clothing and I thought that was the norm. They charged me $ 2 extra every time for separation. My daughter happened to be in there doing her wash herself when she spotted the girl who works there dumping all of my clothing in one machine. (My daughter knew our laundry bag) She confronted the girl and it was my laundry and she told them my father pays you $ 2 extra for separation, and she said the load was small so she put it all in one machine… I have been there and left my phone number over 20 times for the owner who is never there when I get there and he still hasn’t called… I have saved over 40 receipts and I want my Money that I was cheated out of back…

Our usual place closed so we had to find another one to use for drop-​off. This laundromat is 2 blocks away from the old place so we figured why not. Used them a total of three times.
First two times were fine. Third time… went to go pick up the laundry according to the time on the ticket. Can’t find the bag… how do you misplace 32lbs of laundry?!
Woman tells me this has never happened before and that they will check the cameras. (How do you say that to a customer?) I tell them I expect a call back and I will be back later in the day after work.
Get a call 35 minutes later saying they found the bag and the laundry was never done from when I initially dropped it off.
Go to pick up the laundry and come home with it. Half the bag was other people’s clothes. My wife’s clothes were fine. I lost a lot of socks, underwear and I’m pretty sure I lost one t-​shirt. Inexcusable.

Overpriced they’re trying to get rich quick, I pay $ 1.50 for the small machine and $ 2.50 for the Med and $ 4.50 for Lrg. Else where and the Dryers are another rip off 35Cents for 8 Mins ?? the fact that the machines use only their plastic debit card is another rip off WTF happen to using coins? If you lose your card then bye bye money…
