If it was possible I’d give them no stars! I brought a bunch of my husband’s suit pants and dress shirts to get dry cleaned. I needed them finished by the end of the day so I asked the woman if that was possible. She assured me they’d by ready by the end of the day. I went there 6 hours later and the clothes hadn’t even been touched! When I asked the woman why she said «be ready tomorrow». Then spent about 15 minutes fighting with who I assume is he husband, yelling at each other in Chinese. Obviously, they made a mistake. It was very unprofessional and I will NEVER be going back there ever again! Customer service is everything! If you can’t do something don’t say you can!
