great place and friendly, my dog was very happy.

I love this place! They’re always so friendly and accommodating. Their staff and owner are truly excellent. While my dog is sometimes shy meeting new people, she warmed up by the second visit and by the third, she was very comfortable around them. Convenient location and prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get their pet groomed.

These ladies are amazing they are sensitive and thoughtful to dogs needs. The facility is clean and welcoming. I know leaving my little girl here she is safe and I don’t have to worry. She also gets an amazing cut.

We’re in love!!! Just what I asked for… An Angel lol. Falcon’s old friend who played with him at his old Doggie day care; is now a groomer!
I asked for a grooming place that would let Falcon visit and get acquainted. Well we just walked in! The owner her mom, and Angel were there. They were so welcoming! We stayed 2 hours… Angle didn’t have a client so we sat and talked … O my god we hand a high end hair dresser consult. Falcon was a little scared but he recognized Angel after about 15 mins. Falcon relaxed sat, smelled others, and even a few dogs. I think Falcon was busy asking questions about how he would be treated. He as so relaxed he didn’t even poop! (He did at the last place when he walked in the door). The ppl let him come to them and he choose Angel. It was great seeing the groomer sitting with Falcon and Falcon feeling comfortable and sitting on the floor. After a while Angel reached out and touched the tip of Falcons paw. Falcon pulled his paw back a smige. And Angel touched his paw again. Falcon let angel hold his paw this time. Angel talked about how the dog comes first and he was going to help Falcon with his fears. I can even stay and watch Falcon being groomed! Falcon smelled a few more. Dogs as they can and left. This time Falcon went and sat next to Angle and Angle petted him.
Another dog. A white haired maybe a Maltese had her hair done. O gosh she was so fluffy. The white dogs mommy use to use or first groomer, Sue. Her hair (dog) was perfect. Her mommy said it takes 2 hours to hand cut her hair. Did I hear. They didn’t use clippers. Awesome. All the dogs I saw didn’t appear stressed.
We’re excited. We’re going to stop by and visit before Monday apt.

Love this Spa! My Lexi Rae loves it too So comfortable and friendly; just like visiting friends every month at the salon to «catch up». Pass up the rest– Stop by BowWowWow. You’ll be glad you did and so will your «pooch»

Surprised you had such an experience out of hundreds dare I say thousands of consumers Everyone involved must’ve been mortified as well as heartbroken, for your little one. I hope he or she is healing both emotionally and physically (you as well.) Regardless of what you wrote in your review I know the personnel at BowWowWow are Consummate professionals and dog lovers (they have «little ones of their own and would never intentionally hurt a dog-​EVER.) Personally, I stand by every review that bears my signature, and will defend their characters and professionalism when the criticism is unfair and harsh.

I would’ve gave this place 0 stars if that was an option. My dog went into Bow Wow Wow perfectly normal but after they took her she came out with a POPPED BLOOD VESSEL IN HER EYE AND A SKIN RASH! Their first excuse about the popped blood vessel was that «the wind from the blow dryer popped it» and then their second excuse was that my dog was «stressed» when she was there. Both excuses are the most ridiculous bs I’ve ever heard. Only after I have went home did I realize that my dog had a skin rash, which is extremely unprofessional of the employees to not notify me when I picked my dog up. It’s sickening how they tried to sweep the situation under the rug, like this happens all the time, when my dog has never had this type of experience at any other grooming salon. How ignorant can they be to not let me know that my dog could potentially be in serious danger due to their employees’ doing, and not offer any real explanation or solution to the problem. Never has my dog ever been so stressed to pop a blood vessel in her eye, nor has she ever gotten a skin rash, until she visited Bow Wow Wow. It is disgusting how they would try to blame an innocent animal for their own wrong doings. This is the most irresponsible, unprofessional pet groomers business and the worst experience I’ve ever had with grooming my dog. I will never bring my dog back again and I advise all to do the same.

I brought my two Yorkies to Bow Wow Wow Spa today and couldn’t be happier with the results! Everyone was so sweet and took extra care of my one pup, she’s 14! Love them and I will definetly be bringing my pups back!

I’ve been coming to Bow wow wow for years now and I couldn’t be happier! I love the staff that works here. Everyone is extremely polite, caring, and you could tell that they love what they do. Everytime I take my dog here for a full grooming, she comes out looking fantastic. They take such good care of her and always accessorize her with bows, feathers, and bandanas.
This place is great because you can sit there and watch them groom your dog. Everything is done right in front of you, not like those other groomers that take your dog to a different room to groom, or those that don’t allow you to sit there and wait for your pet. Not only this, this place is cageless, which is very important to me because I would never want my dog to be locked up in a cage!
All in all, everytime I take my dog to Bow wow wow, I leave extremely happy, and so does my dog :) I definitely recommend this place!

I’am In love!!! Thank you all at Bow-​Wow-​Wow!!! You took a nervous mother and a dog who had seizures, and did an unbelievable job with us both! You really cared about Alexis, making sure she was not going to have another seizure. I wish I could express how wonderful you were to Alexis. I had not taken her to be groomed for over three months, because I was afraid she was going to have another seizure and boy was she a mess. You took her and made sure there was as little noise and stress as possible and wrapped her in a blanket after her bath, (she could not use the blower, because of the seizures) and gave me the blanket to take her home in.
Thank you this meant so much to me.
P. S. The price for all this was so unbelievable.

Before I came to that place I was told how much I will pay for full service (bath, nail cut and trim). I gave the information about my dog (size, weight), but when I came they said that they thought it was a small dog and I have to pay more (???). I was about to leave, but they agreed that I’ll pay the original price. At the end the lady said that I have to add 5 $ for shampoo (what???). On the phone we discussed the full service price including bath. Nobody told me that I have to pay additional for shampoo. 5 dollars — not a big deal, but still… This is ridiculous! I will never go back there…

A great experience, like going to a family member’s house and getting the dog cleaned at the same time!

The best groomer around. I love them so much. So great with dogs and the owners! My dog always looks beautiful and comes out so happy. They are quick and don’t lock the dogs in cages. I give them a 5 stars!!!

Took my 2 dogs for the first time today to get groomed and it was such a great experience! Allison was very sociable and gave my dogs the same love and care she gives her own dogs. I’m thrilled with the outcome of their grooming because they came out looking pretty and smelling so good! The atmosphere is very homey and open. I think it’s the perfect place to bring your pet for grooming so definitely go to Allison!

Excellent service and care. You can tell that Allison and her staff really have love for the animals. My dog always comes out wonderful, whether she gets a full hair cut or a spiff and sparkle.

I take Sandy, my Soft Coated Wheaton here to be groomed. She’s not always cooperative but Alison and her staff are very patient and she always looks great. Great atmosphere ! Totally happy with their services.

I bring my dog here and also I get my cats nails cut. The staff is very friendly and they don’t cage the dogs. The prices are the normal grooming amount. The thing that makes this place different is the owner is very hands on and loves her job u could tell

What a wonderful place. Took my Yorkie there over the weekend for a full groom and she came out beautiful. I love the open layout of the shop and was able to sit and watch my baby being groomed! There aren’t any cages and it feels just like home with the décor and friendly staff.
