I don’t typically focus much on reviews; however, I should have paid attention to the reviews for this particular company. They are absolutely unprofessional. They were hours late for the appointment, didn’t call to advise they would be late and didn’t leave a written estimate, which was the purpose of the appointment. I’ve called twice over the past week for the estimate and have yet to receive it.
