We are a 24 hour sports bar that has 11 HD TVS and 15 video poker machines with progressive jackpots. Our food is quickly becoming known for its high quality and features Pat LaFrieda Beef. We feature 3 Signature Primes Steaks, 10oz Filet, 16oz Bone In NY Strip and a 24oz Tomahawk. Our hamburger Patties are a combination of short rib and chuck roast that comes right off bone and that is chopped to form a perfect combination. All burgers are ½ lb and cooked to medium unless specified otherwise. We have eight specialty burgers our you can create your own. Our Fresh Ahi Filet, Black Bean patty or a grilled Chicken Breast are a perfect subsitution if needed. To round out our menu we have Nathans all beef hot dogs, amazing chicken wings, calamari, salads, a signature Chili and to top it all off Breakfast Sandwiches. Our entire menu is served 24 hours a day, so any time you feel hungry we are your place to stop.

History

Established in 2012.

Our story is a short one but a good one. Two local businessmen wanted to open a restaurant that would serve quality food, great cocktails and a fun gaming environment. They looked at the Old Bills Casino on Highway 50 in Stateline NV, and wanted to bring some life back to the classic building. Our restaurant was opened on July 4, 2012 and has been a very popular spot for both locals and tourists. Since the day we opened our guests have been championing our Burgers and Steaks as the best in the state of Nevada and some say the best in the country. That is a bold claim but check out our recommendations on Facebook or our reviews on Yelp to confirm it. Pat LaFrieda, famous from his family’s meat purveyor business and the Food Network created our patty. It is a combination of chuck roast and short rib that is meshed together and then ground into a ½ pound patty. The patty is cooked to perfection on our custom grill and this is what makes it so outstanding.

FUN!!! Cool fun drinking spot and the food looked great all grass feed beef. The only thing I didn’t care for was you could smoke in the place I don’t want to have cigarette smoke in my face while I eat

The Lucky Beaver, such a cool spot with so much character! Loved the atmosphere in here and all of the photos on the wall. This is a great spot to come to with friends for a casual burger.
2 words — Jackpot Burger… with zeeee taters. Do it. Don’t look back. Oh, and don’t try to eat the whole thing in one sitting unless you’re REALLY HUNGRY. I conquered this mountainous dish in one sitting, but wow my belly was really struggling a couple of hours later.
PS: Get up and walk around the restaurant, a lot of really fun photos are on the wall in the back of the building.

My husband’s favorite place for a burger. We stop by every time we’re in So. Tahoe. I’ve ordered a couple different salads & the ahi tuna sandwich. They were all flavorful and well prepared. The sandwich was a bit messy to eat since it was huge.
The service has always been good. It’s a bit noisy. There are multiple TVs showing various sporting events. R

Would have, could have been a nice meal. Had a drink at the bar. 1 tequila, 1 bourbon for the wife and I. $ 10 a drink. No prob. Nice hostess sat us at a table, all good. Ordered another round of the exact same drinks and a steak for her, burger for me. Solid, good food, very good burger.
Check comes and the $ 10 drink is now $ 12 and the $ 39 steak (according to the menu) is now $ 41. Ok, prob an error. Asked the nice server about the $ 2 drink increase. She thinks quick on her feet and says «oh, I thought you had doubles». Hmmm. The drinks were identical to the bar drinks. So doubles are only $ 2 more than singles? Now that would be a great deal if it wasn’t obvious BS. Didn’t even mention the overcharge on the steak. Took it out of her tip and left. Stupid server. She should have, could have had it corrected but the loss came out of her pocket.
I do not recommend this restaurant because of the low class service. Tried to rip just off very simply.

This is a must try place if you find yourself in South Shore and you like yourself a good burger. The place is located within a tiny strip mall between Montbleu and Harrah’s and across the street from the Hard Rock. Now that the geography lesson is complete, lets talk burger. As you enter the Lucky Beaver there is a open flame grilling station that reminded me a lot of a Mongolian BBQ. This is where they cook the burgers, steaks and chicken and my burger came out perfectly medium. Their beef is from Pat LaFrieda (
) and is a mixture of short rib and chuck. I decided to get the Beaver Burger as it is their cheeseburger (American cheese) dressed with LTOP, mayo and mustard. The bun was light and airy but still held up to the burger with all its juice. There isn’t really anything this place could do better. Just a outstanding burger!

This bar had cheap drinks and wasn’t a far taxi ride away from our hotel. It had games you could gamble at the bar (though I don’t gamble) it was a cool little place that stays open ²⁴⁄₇. I would say ⁴⁰⁄₆₀ on the girl/guy ratio.

Love their burgers! This was my 2^nd visit and both times the place has been packed but understand why as they have great food for a bar. Had the royal flush burger and it was delicious. Thick patty with just the right amount of blue cheese and mushrooms, very yummy! Everything we ordered was very good and the service for a packed bar was good, they kept the beer flowing! They also have a nice beer selection, including one of my favorite brewers Dogfish Head. Although $ 14 for a bar burger may seem steep it is worth it so definitely recommend!

Convenient to Harrahs, and the appealing grill in the front window cough tour attention. The burger was decent, good size and fresh. However, nothing about it stood out, or wow’d me. It’s probably one of the best burger joints in the area, the service is great and it has a nice pub atmosphere. I’ll definitely return!

Really lousy food and too much preference for locals. After a day of skiing you deserve better than overcooked hotdogs and indifferent servers.
Our two tables had to flag down servers for everything from menus to water to more beer.
It may have been an off night for the establishment, but no reason to go back and give them another try.

We’ve been in South Lake for only 2 days and we’ve eaten here twice. Best Bloody Mary I’ve ever had. Alli, our server was excellent. Fantastic friendly service from everyone. Love this place.
They play the best music ever. Can’t wait to go back.

Kept passing this place the entire time I would walk back to my crash pad at Montbleu. Located by the CVS, this 24 Hour spot beats any 24 hour joint on the South Lake Tahoe strip. They have an above average bar menu with even better tasting food. Their burgers and fries look delicious, but the squad and I were in search of some breakfast. Luckily, this spot has tons of breakfast sandwiches to choose from. I went for the Still Going which came on sourdough bread with eggs, bacon, avocado, mayo, cheddar cheese and tomatoes. The sandwich also comes with tater tots or housemade fries. I went for the tots, but I tried the fries as well from a friend and they were sooo good. Though service can be spotty and the food takes a while to come out, it doesn’t take away from how delicious everything is. Overall, if you’re craving good food and drinks then definitely check this spot out.

Came in here for dinner and drinks on a relatively busy Saturday night.
We were a group of 4. and got seated pretty quickly.
It took a bit to order drinks and food. It also took longer than it should to get a second round of drinks and our food.
Burgers and tots were good, fries weren’t. Our server was pleasant, and nice about getting a drink remade.
It does get pretty loud in here, and smoking is allowed.
We were able to sit as far from the smoking as possible.
The noise level make it tough to have a conversation.
Keeping those factors in mind, it’s still a great spot.

My friends and I were looking for a place to catch the game and I’m so glad we ended up at this bar! You have to be 21 or over. Some of the guests that were dining here were really friendly and you can tell that this place has a lot of regulars! They know each other on a first name basis.
I had the sesame crusted ahi tuna sandwich with a side of Parmesan garlic tater tots! Drooool. It looked good and tasted even better. Thank you for an awesome meal!

Ain’t no beaver like a lucky beaver! I kept saying that over and over whenever I saw this spot I don’t know why. but it made me laugh.
I was here twice my YTG. Once for a UYE and once for a post-club «I’m starving!» drunken stupor visit. This review will reflect the «I’m starving» visit.
1:30am rolls around… and what do I want? A burger to soak up all that alcohol. Yup, I’m just like that.
Jackpot burger for the win. Everything you can imagine was in that burger– fried egg, bacon, avocado, cheese, onion ring, lettuce, tomato… I’m sure there was more. The burger was the size of my head. And yes, I finished it.
With the burger, I ordered tater tots. I had them before at the UYE and they were awesome.
Was it worth the 19 dollar price tag? You bet!

Outstanding Happy Hour OR Late Night Munchie Stop!

Careful! If you blink, you might miss the front door! But you would NOT want to miss this fantastic stop because the price is right, the food is great, the servers are fantastic and you can’t beat the hours — IT NEVER CLOSES! [So why bother even having a lock on the front door?] :D
THE SETUP
The menu is delicious with a wonderful fusion vibe in the variety of choices, and even within the dishes themselves:
* The «Ante (Vegetarian)» I ordered late night is a fantastic combo of a black bean veggie patty topped with avocado, fire roasted Ortega chilies and grilled onions.
* My partner in crime enjoyed a «Pai Gow», a grilled chicken breast drizzled with teriyaki sauce, swiss cheese, pineapple, tomato & onion on a Ciabatta bun.
And the munchies during the happy hour were fantastic and tasty such as the fresh ahi tuna sashimi with a tower of wasabe!
P-A-T-I-O-S !!!
The rear patio is outstanding fun! Spacious with outside furniture, fire pit, and servers who come and check up on you, it’s also easy access from the back parking lot of Harvey’s, and during the summer and fall is a very nice spot to hang out and chill.
Would I come here again? DAM STRAIGHT!

This is a funny little place. Sort of a small sign and a blank wall. Inside a full bar, lovely ladies and great eats. Customers looked very happy.
I went out the back to meet my group and stayed warn by the gas heaters. I ordered my beer and a delicious appetizer. It arrived quickly with a lovely smile from Alyssa. A delight to have her serve me. She is lovely and gives great customer service.
I was a happy camper. I would come back.
