trading in my car for a used car with these people has been a headache. I live 20 miles from the dealership. they made me drive there when it was discovered a spare key was missing. I was given a blank that needed to be cut and programmed at another dealership 79 miles away. But Steve Coury Ford gave me a «We Owe» and I’d have no trouble being reimbursed. just to get that piece of paper I had to drive the 20 miles to the dealership and they sent me 10 miles to the salesman, who sent me back to the dealership for signatures from various people. I still have not received the $ 90+ for cutting the key and programing the key. I have been to the office numerous times. I have people saying the owner wasn’t able to sign a check till after the holidays. After the holidays they said they sent a check I never got. They said they sent it again and that was 2 wks ago. I’m suppose to have a check waiting for me today, if I go in. We’ll see. On top of that for 2 months the loan company from the car I traded in we sending me late notices till Steve Coury Ford people finally did the paperwork. Save yourself the frustration go somewhere else.
I went to get my check for the programing and cutting of a duplicate key. Instead of a check written today as I was told. It was dated Feb. 5, today is Feb. 10, 2106.
Instead of the amount I paid the check was for $ 60.00
