Should be called mobile home/rv park. Although there are some nice homes there you will not find a lot of rv spaces. If you do, you will be tucked in between mobile homes & old rv’s some of which are from the 60’s or 70’s. The nicer spaces are in the back of park but you have to be a permanent, monthly or have over a 31 ft long rv. The park has a lot of trees and is relatively quiet unless you are in the front near Hwy 260 and the bar across the street. We were in the front near some very old rv & run down mobiles with outdated hookups. The office people were friendly & so where the people we met walking their dogs. The club house looked nice but was closed due to a water pipe breaking. There is a tiny dog run next to club house with doggie poop bags. The further you get toward the back of rv park the nicer it is with big rigs and newer mobiles. Our friend needed guidance with backing his 5th wheel in but the man from the office just left him to figure it out. Couldn’t pull through due to a fire dept. no parking sign. Not sure if restrooms or laundry is nice since we didn’t use them. Would probably stay again but only if we could get toward the back. We checked a few other rv parks in the Payson area and this seemed like the best one. Stayed in a 201424ft travel trailer. Our friends stayed in a 28 ft 5th wheel.
