I had a misfortune to be assigned to this office through my insurance policy, but if you can avoid dealing with them– do it, by all means.

Did not show up for the scheduled repair 11/13/15;12−4 pm. Appointment arranged though Home Depot were we had purchased the Samsung refrigerator 4/2014…No call… no explanation for the no show. Contacted Home Depot Warranty Program at 4:15…rep agreed to call back after contacting Above the Rest. The rep never called back. Called Home Depot Warranty at 6:30pm…uselesss…sorry they must be closed for the weekend. I’ve just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau… Waisted ½ day from work.

If you want a reliable company, then don’t bother with this place. Although the gentleman who came to fix our washer/dryer the first time was very efficient, the girl who handles the phone is a total snob and has absolutely no customer service skills. Being in a customer service business myself, I was baffled by how rude someone can be when their company was in the wrong. They DON’T return phone calls or show up for appointments and when you call to ask what happened, they blame you. After I have been waiting 20 days since my first scheduled appointment to even hear back from this company, after I have left multiple messages for 2 weeks, I have every right to be pissed about the situation and how I have been treated. It’s common courtesy to return your customers calls. I don’t appreciate the incompetent girl behind the phone giving me an attitude because THEY screwed up. Own up to your mistakes and take your attitude elsewhere girlfriend because you will not get very far in this world if that’s how you choose to speak to people no matter where you work. If you can’t handle your job, then maybe you should find another one; Probably one where you don’t have to interact with people, because any company that this snot works for is doomed for failure with her as their voice.

I hate to say bad things, but I would give them zero stars if possible. They worked with us for months until the work was actually done. It was slow and horrible customer service, not prompt, did not return phone calls and not professional.(For example, after doing a major repair, they left — leaving massive extra parts sitting on my driveway. What am I supposed to do with them? When you replace a part — take the old one away. Overall, very, very disappointing — especially because they pride themselves on their customer service.

Came out to service a washing machine from best buy as part of best geek squad warranty. The company was not authorized to do repairs on my brand washer but still accepted the assignment(never said they were not authorized until they were going out the door and told me another service provider would have to get the parts) and came out so they could get the quick visit service charge. I complained to best buy and they said this company was first available and should not have accepted the job if not certified. Waste of my time because they are not authorized. Also the tech only touched the machine to lay his clipboard on it. He asked me what the problem was upon getting into the house. I said agitator was not moving. He said nothing I can do with that I will put in paperwork for complete rebuild because there are only 3 parts to this washer and they must be broken.
