I have to say the pizza was delicious and so were garlic knots, although the marinara they were served with was not good. The place itself is small and mostly only good for take out, though the staff was super nice and hustled for the lunchtime rush. The longer I sat there waiting the more sketched out i was by the cleanliness, or lack thereof. Unfortunately there were lots of flies and no working bathroom. but other than that… the food was good.

I was just visiting the area for a wedding. I found this place was close to our hotel, so I thought«why not». They were super nice and had our food ready to go in 20mins. The pizza and wings were awesome! I don’t Unilocal many places, but I thought this place deserved one!

Another fantastic spot for«NY» pizza on the CT coast(I’m beginning to think we should call it «CT» pizza down in the city). Tried it today for the first time, had a regular and a hot oil slice. Thin crust, very tasty. Haven’t tried anything else but the menu looks big and inviting. Will definitely go back next time I’m in OG.

The deliver was right on time. The pizza was burnt, dry and overcooked(redundant) — I will never order from there again… I see other posting pointing out burnt pizza. I asked the owner and he claims that is the only way they can fully cook the pizza. Unless its a wood oven there is no reason to burn the pizza

I’m not going to lie, the food is great. ESPECIALLY the fries. I still have a lot of things to try on the menu. But the only bad thing about this place is the amount of time they take to prepare the food. I called them and ordered my food and it took them 30 minutes for chicken tenders. That’s the only reason why I give them 3 stars.

I’m not one for«well done» pizza. I don’t like the taste of a burnt, charred bottom. The pizza slices were large. I think they make the pizza really large and cut them in 6ths instead of 8ths, which is very nice. I guess the crust is thin and that’s why you need two hands to hold it… when I picked up a slice it drooped and then using my other hand to hold the pointy side up the middle buckled in. This was definitely a very interactive eating experience, no multitasking can be done while eating. The blend of cheese and sauce was perfect. The pizza was not too salted which is good for people on low-salt diet. But I could not eat that burnt crust… just the rest of it(I was hungry)

Just received an extra cheese and mushroom pizza. xtra cheese didn’t happen. Mushrooms were buried in the sauce so you can’t even see them. Sauce was bland. I added some, salt and pepper before taking a, second bite. Didnt help much. Crust wasn’t bad. food arrived almost 29 minutes later than promised on eat 24. With Pizza being such a big seller in the USA you would think Pizzerias would do their best to provide a great product. unfortunately this place needs to review their Pizza recipe and make some changes. If they can’t make a decent Pizza, the rest of their food is probably just as bad. I will not order from this place again!!!

Some of the best wings we’ve had! Crispy, just the right hint of spicy, and they always arrive hot!

I like their personal pizzas and I love everything else including the sandwiches, wraps, entrées and starters or appetizers. The Frank Sinatra wrap is awesome. And it comes with or without fries. I suggest that you get the fries because they’re amazing too.

Great little Deli. I go here once or twice a week because its local and the Food is great and priced well. Its a good take out location and they also deliver if needed. Salads are a good size,. pizza is good and subs are pretty on par. I’d recommend this place for lunch or quick dinner any day of the week. Staff is friendly and prompt.

It is with a heavy heart that I post this review. I have been going to Outpost Pizza in Stamford, Ct for a long time. I would say well over the past 7 years. Their pizza is okay, but the gem for me is their Greek salad. My whole family knows that it’s the place to go for a Great Greek salad. Or at least it was. After moving from Stamford to Norwalk, where we have places such as Jordan’s or East Avenue pizza, I still prefer to drive to Stamford for salads. Outpost pizza has the best Greek salad hands down. The feta is always fresh, and the stuffed grape leaves and bread rolls are what bring the whole meal together deliciously. In recent months, every time I order, if it’s not one thing, it’s another. I’ve bragged to my roommates(who swear by Jordan’s pizza’s salads) and have gone out of my way to bring them the Greek or Hardy salad to try. I bought one a month ago, and they forgot the bread rolls. I purchased another and should’ve checked before leaving their parking lot, and the salad had no chicken on it, although I had paid for chicken. There are little nuisances such as forgetting the pepperoncini kalamata olives. Good thing I keep both of those items stocked in my house. What made me finally post this review are two things: 1. I ordered a Greek salad on Friday and two of the most important things, in my opinion, were left out. No feta, and no stuffed grape leaves. It sucks when every ingredient makes a salad you’re favorite salad, and almost every time you place an order something is forgotten. If I could’ve taken the salad back on Fri night, I would have. Unfortunately I was already in my kitchen in Norwalk when I noticed. I shouldn’t have to check my salad to make sure that everything the menu says it comes with it is actually there. 2. I hate to say it, but there is a new girl(black hair, somber face) with an unpleasant demeanor answering the phone, and at the register when you walk in. I’ve never seen someone look so miserable. I smile all the time, and while I am not the smile police, you should at least force one when greeting customers. If you’re the first person a customer is due to make eye contact with when they walk in the door, you should try and be pleasant. My brother also ordered from Outpost about a month ago. They got part of the order wrong, and the girl insisted that she was right. My brother is very anal and writes down his Starbucks order the way he likes every time, and he’s in Starbucks at least 3 times a week. When he told her that he read his order off of a paper when ordering, she just huffed and puffed, then gave a half-assed apology. Between the stonefaced cashier girl and leaving something out of every salad, Outpost Pizza has become extremely disappointing. At this point, I’m not even sure if I want to order from them again. I think it might be time to find a new place to order from when I want a greek salad.

Waiting 2 hours for delivery… so not worth it– don’t order if you want to receive food on time

Got delivery from EAT24 from this place. Was skeptical at first but I have to say their was not a single thing I did not like. Even came under 30 minutes which is pretty amazing considering I am no where near this place. I am a fan and would definitely try it again especially for the personal Hot Oil Pizza!

I’ve tired outpost pizza twice and I wouldnt recommend spending your money there. The owner is so rude it unbelieveable, he needs to go to class for customer service. I had food delivered and the order was wrong, so I took it back an the manager was upset because i did not want it. I explained to him about the order and all he did was curse me the entire time. At one point I thought he was going to throw the food at me. This guy is a lunatic and needs professional help

always drive by this pizza place so decided to give it a try after coming home from a long day of work. based on reviews we had read, we decided to order the buffalo wings and the Zanzanbar Pizza — it had Artichoke hearts, bacon, garlic, and cherry peppers. Buffalo wings were definitely crispy and good — but beware, they are quite salty! so make sure you have some sort of beverage with you when you eat it. The Zanzanbar pizza was pretty good. Let’s face it, anything with artichoke hearts, bacon and garlic has to be good! When you first bite into it, it tastes so good. But as you keep eating it, it definitely gets spicy! Will be back to try other pizza’s on the menu!

I come here regularly. The fries are good, sandwiches are good, pizza is good, and the wings are excellent. The owners pride themselves in delivering great food. Delivery is always faster than the estimated time. Definitely try their wings!!!

Love. Outpost. It’s gotta be some of the best pizza in the area, I’m not sure what it is… maybe their sauce to cheese ratio, maybe their crust, maybe the way they slice their toppings, but every time it is delicious. This past weekend I was with friends ordering pizza and I stuck Outpost out there saying it was great. When the pizza arrived, I was getting high fives all over the place. Try the cherry peppers as a topping. Eff yea! $ 18 for two large pies! Also, I noted below that a reviewer was comparing Outpost to Colony. Can’t even be compared. Colony is fantastic… but it is a different kind of pizza altogether. That’s like comparing regular pizza to Chicago style pizza. Two totally different entities.

By default we ordered Outpost Pizza(only because Colony Grill doesn’t deliver) last night for dinner and boy that accident should have never happened. Not wanting to leave the apartment because of the cold and rain, my best friend and I ordered delivery from Outpost Pizza. After that experience, I don’t care if there is a blizzard outside, I will walk in my underwear to pick up Dominos than have Outpost again. We ordered: pizza salad, zanzabar pizza, garlic bread, and chili chesse fries… no, no, hell no, and ok. Sorry Outpost. Change your recipes or risk losing all your customers. I have no idea what to say when your chili cheese fries taste better than your pizzas. Unilocalers, I’m not from the Stamford area but according to my best friend Colony Grill has the best pizza around. Eat there instead of Outpost!
