We are now offering Tai Chi classes for beginners and seniors right outside the Library in the Atrium. Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00 to 8:45 am. For more information or registration please contact

Elmont, NY
The library seems big from the outside but compared to what I’m used to it’s small. However, don’t be fooled by the size. This library works with an interloan system with about 200 other libraries and you can pretty much get ANY book even if it’s not in this library.
The librarians are very friendly and helpful
The children have their own little section but it’s very limited. I like to request the books I“m interested in online and they notify me via email when book has arrived. I love the system… I’m happy!
