History

Established in 2012.

I’ve always loved cooking, baking, and preparing all kinds of meals. My favorite past time is fishing, all kinds: from deep sea to inland lakes and streams. Moreover, I cherish preparing my favorite seafood dishes in extraordinary ways so that all can enjoy! Alaskan salmon is dear to my heart and therefore my prized dish is blackened salmon!

I love all kinds of fishing (and just being on the water), vegetable and wild flower gardening, traveling the wondrous globe, cooking 10 course meals, baking Baguettes, mixing up fresh and wild ingredients in completely new ways. And yes I salt and butter my chocolate chip cookies! Care to try?
