We love SALVATORES pizza. The crust is good and the sauce is tasty. Be sure to order the blend of cheese in the pizza. It is a great combination! The staff is friendly. They have a restaurant side and a bar side — best of both worlds. We recommend SALVATORES

I’ve only been on the bar side, expect a good variety of beer and booze. The food is on point, especially that sweet sweet pizza! They’ll do a take and bake where you can get one to go and cook it later. Which is cool for watching a game or whatever later.

Just went there with a group of ten of us and watched the Blues game. The pizza was excellent & the wings and salad were really good too. The service was amazing. Our server Katie even sat down with my son and helped him pick out his favorite crackers because the kitchen was closed & he said he was still hungry. She & the place were wonderful. We will be back!

Pizza is okay, not horrible, by far not the worst. The buffet is worth it, good selection for fair price. I’ve had the tortellini which was amazing. Seems the pasta is better than the pizza.

This review is not on the food because we didn’t eat there. We stood at the front waiting for someone and no one ever appeared. The cigarette smoke was horrible. They had a kids party going on and it looked like all the adults were smoking. It really stinks too bad for us to eat there.

We really liked the pizza here. Thin crust brick oven style. We got sausage and ham with half banana peppers (the banana peppers were actually pretty spicy).
The atmosphere is the reason why it isn’t rated higher. It is a bar with tvs playing sports games, which is cool. The staff was attentive and friendly. The problem is that smoking is allowed and there is no escaping the smoke when you dine in. The smell of smoke hit me pretty hard when I walked in and I thought that I walked far enough into the restaurant that I made it to the non-​smoking section. I was wrong. The whole place seems to allow smoking and I left smelling like smoke. Next time I will be ordering take out only.

I’ve done dine-​in as was as carry out. The food we had was very tasty but the smoke was very overwhelming. A table next to us, those women smoke like a chimney back to back cigarettes. I was with my 3 kids it didn’t feel family friendly at all.

This is a large 3 area bar with big screens & live bands at night.
I hear they have great pizza & most table seemed to have one even @ 10 PM on a Saturday night. However at night, this is a bar.
The 3 bartenders were friendly, but not used to city bar style orders. You will need to be patient, speak clearly, be specific & repetitive about what you want. The bartenders are too used their suburban regulars & their orders.
The cover band was great for a no cover door.
Smoking, as in most St Charles, is allowed.
The place is A-​OK, but would not drive out of my way to visit w/​o a friend there to meet.

Food is typically good. Good, not great. Service is spotty. Tonight, slow and with a bad attitude. Most nights, it’s a little slow — no matter how many people are working or how many guests there are.

Sals is my second home ! I often joke that’s where my mail goes. College football on Saturdays and NFL football on Sundays baseball hockey NASCAR golf you name it they have it on. The staff is great music is great just a good place to go.

This is our go-​to pizza place in St. Charles… we prefer their blended cheese topping (as opposed to the STL «style» pizzas heavy on the provel).
They’ve got a great everyday special of 2 large 2 topping pizzas for $ 19.95 — plenty to feed a family of 4 — and friendly servers.
The environment is a bit dark and outdated, but perfect for being able to sit, relax, watch a game, or visit with your family without all the noise of an over-​crowded place.
We go here at least 1x/​month and love it!

Loved the atmosphere, the service and the food!!!
A great casual place with good Italian food!
Keep in mind that they have a smoking section (the great big bar area and it’s wealth of seating) and two separate side dining areas that are non-​smoking.
It’s a seat-​yourself kind of place, with hard working servers and a great place for a casual, yet tasty, meal.
There happened to be live music on the night that I visited and that favorably added to my experience. I will gladly return to somewhat hidden gem!
