I’ve lived in Missouri for 16 years and I had never been to this place but today was the day! The waiter was super friendly and attentive. Made a joke that I’ll be laughing at forever. The food didn’t even reach the table and I could smell how good it was. I ordered strawberry lemonade and the southern pecan waffle combo. I was thoroughly disappointed in the lemonade because I expected something along the lines of Wendy’s lemonade(which I love) but it had a kind of sparkling fizz feel which could be good for some people but not for my taste. The presentation of the platter was nicely done. There was way too much butter though. Belgian waffle was as good as those hotel waffles(which I love). Not the best waffle I’ve had but it fulfilled my breakfast food craving. Everyone else in my party seemed to enjoy their food too.

My wife hadn’t really had O’Charley’s before. She was in for a surprise. I had the chicken strip dinner, she had a wonderful salad. The salad was so large, she ended up taking more than half of it home. My chicken strips were superb and the dipping sauce choice was delicious. I was also given a free piece of caramel pie. That was frickin’ awesome!!! Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean and snappy. I will be back.

We ordered some takeout on a Sunday night, and while I understand Sunday evening can be slow, there are some things I just couldn’t overlook. I was told my French dip would take 15 – 20 minutes to prepare. It took 30, but that’s not my real gripe. After waiting quite a while for my sandwich, the host advised me they were out of au jus. When the look on my face let him know I didn’t want to take my sandwich without au jus, he told me he would go back and have some made. Now I’m waiting another 5 – 10 minutes for my au jus. It’s an 11 French dip — why would you serve it without au jus? The manager came out and offered somewhat of an apology and offered me some pie. He stated they had sold a lot of French dips that night and did not anticipate running out. I don’t know. If it was my restaurant I wouldn’t let something go out of my kitchen without one of its most important components. I was surprised a chain would.

The food was ok and plentiful. I do recommend the salmon. My grandson was with us and we had to wait too long for the simple food we ordered. He was very hungry and this did not help his mood. I saw the manager come out numerous time and survey the dining room. No one spoke to customers. That would have been a big help. We finally asked to have my grandson’s food brought as soon as it was ready. This was a no brainier. It would have been nice to have the waiter offer instead of us having to ask. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star experience but all things considered, food, service, etc., I have no reason to return.

The fondu tater tots were interesting and worth a try if you are in a munchie kind of mood. Everything else was really nothing special for this tier of restaurant. Three strikes on service, though. Sorry, O’Charleys, you are out.

We recently visited O’Charleys in St. Peter’s. We were seated within a couple of minutes by a very friendly hostess. Our waiter whom name I can’t remember was very friendly and attentive. We started off with their sampler which was pretty decent but while eating we noticed the cheese wedges were missing the cheese! lol. Our waiter noticed it and immediately offered and replaced them. We then ordered a chicken pot pie and Santa Fe Grilled Tilapia with rice pilaf. The food was very delicious and flavorful. Since the makeover everything has improved dramatically. If you did not have a good experience previously you should give them another try and you may just like them this time around. We visited during a weekday when they were slow. Not sure how the weekends would be.

Had lunch on free pie Wednesday. Combo appetizer was very good, as was the potato soup. Of course the pie was especially awesome freebee. Waiter always had a smile and attentive.

My family ate here about a week ago. The service was awful! Our waitress showed up after about 20 minutes and apologized that they were short staffed. She then preceded to do absolutely nothing to make up for it. Our salads came with our Entrees and had the wrong dressing. Never received the correct dressing. This whole time the Manager stood around looking very pleased with himself, only coming over to ask«Is everything okay?» when we had our mouths full. The only way I’m going back is if somebody else is paying, and I’ll be sure to bring a snack.

So we arrived at 12:15, placed our order. Guess what? They are out of our lunch choice. Really? Update: came back 3÷20÷15. Nice meal. Had a coupon. Waitress had to get mgr OK. Asked two times where he was. After waiting 15 min he finally shows up saying sorry I was in the kitchen. Said he was busy. Me too. I’ll leave the rating here where it’s at. Apparently management is the biggest issue with this restaurant. Proceed with caution here.

It took forever for us to get drinks, our appetizer came 5 min before our food. The manager came out to ask what we ordered and then came back with our food which tasted like it was under a heat lamp for way too long, our steak and tilapia were very dry. We sat at a tall table in the bar area bc they were busy. Those tables our tiny, which is fine but our waitress didn’t clear off any of our empty glasses or appetizer plates which made it hard to move. I usually enjoy O’Charleys but this was a very disappointing and frustrating visit and we probably won’t be back.

Been here a handful of times or so. Food has always been good. I’ve tried variety of the menu with my wife and some friends and family. No one has ever complained and always had good things to say. My wife lives the prime rib pasta. The rolls and butter are good too. Service is always quick and my drinks never get empty. Good price, food, and staff.

I’d never heard of it, but one of my employees convinced me to go. It’s TGIF or Ruby Tuesday like in many ways. The food was overcooked, which is typical of my visits to TGIF or Ruby Tuesday. The décor was similar but with more of a Southern bent to it. The waitress was very nice, and was incredibly attentive. It’s a shame the food isn’t that great.

Not a bad joint… I’d never heard of O’Charley’s before but apparently it is a chain restaurant not unlike a TGI Friday’s or Ruby Tuesday but maybe slightly nicer than the aforementioned. I guess it all depends on which one(s) you go to though. This location looked fairly nice and I was pleased that there was a sign that said no smoking when we walked in. So the whole restaurant is no smoking? Heck yes! Our waitress was totes adorbs and made the very awesome recommendation of the Mango Mai Tai. It was hella good. I approve. I tried a cup of their potato soup. First time eating potato soup and I loved it. I was worried it would be too thick but it was actually just right. I ordered a half of the California chicken salad. A half order is still GIGANTIC just a heads up, peoples. I really loved it and I wished the bleu cheese crumbles had been goat cheese but that’s a minor complaint. Everything was delish especially the complimentary bread roll thingies. They were soft and pillow-y, mmmm. So good. Sean H. recommended this place to me as he knows I freaking love bread and carbohydrate anything so yeah, that was a spot-on choice. I think we will likely go back here because the menu is varied, and due to the proximity to our home.(And due to the non smokingness of it.) Only minor gripe? Played so much Taylor Swift and it was LOUD too, like holy cow. The yummy(and affordable) food was worth suffering through a handful of T.S. songs though! ;)

Very good location! Great service and friendly staff. Great place for a late night date we usually share a couple apps with twisted chips are a must and nibble on rolls. If your going for dinner I recommend the chicken fingers, pizza pasta, grilled chicken, or fried chicken sandwich all very good choices!

Best spinach salad in St. Peters, hands down. Substitute the chicken for salmon and health nuts will be in business.

O’Charley’s is a good restaurant. I have eaten there with just one other person and have also taken groups there. There is plenty of room for everyone. The rolls are awesome — everyone gets them free. They are fresh made on site and are light and airy, and are delcious with butter. I could probably fill up on those rolls easily! The food itself is good, and there are a few great dishes. The Cajun Pasta is my favorite, but I’ve also had a great steak and some very juicy burgers. Their salads are very good, and make a huge meal in themselves. What I love are the appetizers — and I have often made an entire meal out of them… along with the rolls! Kids eat free every day, with one paid adult meal. They always have specials on entrees and lunch. Their prices are moderate for food that is this well-prepared. The one thing about O’Charley’s that keeps me from going there more often is that it isn’t special. It’s good… but like Applebee’s, it’s just plain middle-class suburban food. There’s nothing that they do especially well(except those rolls!) or that would make you say, «Hey, I have a real craving for X!!!» This is probably a marketing issue, and has nothing to do with this particular location. It’s a great place to take people that you don’t know, or large groups, since there is something for everyone. Have I mentioned the rolls?

We have been to this O’Charley’s location several times. Only once have we received great service there. We have walked out once after sitting in a booth for 15 – 20 minutes without once having a server stop by and ask if we would like something to drink. Mostly, the food is decent, and the service isn’t decent. The bread and butter is amazing though! I am giving a 2 star rating because of the service.

OK, I want to like this place. I do. I think it’s because of the buttery rolls(delish). Or maybe because kids eat free(I do have kids, after all). Whatever. But I’ve been there 2 or 3 times, and each time, I just do not like the taste of the food. Last night we tried it again. I had the baja chicken. And while I was sitting there, chewing it over, again not caring for the taste, I think I figured it out. The food reminds me of the diet lunch/dinner entrees from the frozen food section of the grocery store. Yuck. So… maybe their food is frozen, and that’s what makes it taste so crappy. And now that I’ve solved that mystery in my own little head, needless to say, I don’t plan on going back!
