On Black Friday I bought a phone, they said they would price match Best Buy. So I transferred my number. On Monday, 4 days later, the salesperson said he got in trouble and couldn’t match the deal at best buy and I should return the phone. Being close to Christmas, I felt it was the decent thing to do. So this Verizon store couldn’t honor their word to me, yet I tried to be a good person and save this guys back. Now, 40 plus days later, 9 phone calls later, numerous emails later, and several calls to Verizon Corporate, they still have me and my credit screwed up for breaking a contract, not returning the phone, and I supposedly owe over $ 400 early termination fees? Really? Horrible service, Verizon sucks. and the employee who said he would straighten this out for me, Mike, lied. I’m still waiting.

I specifically signed up for this to warn people about the crooked managers. Since the strategically Unilocaled their name as cellular sales most won’t see this before it’s too late. I was sold a used phone and told it was new from a manager. I canceled my service to say the least everyone stay away from this third parties Verizon store it is ran by crooks.

Horrible service and rude employees. I stopped in on July 4th to pick up a case for a tablet I had just bought a few days earlier at a different location. My wife, son, and I walked in to a fairly empty show room. There were 4 employees working and all of them had customers but we were the only waiters. No big deal since we weren’t in a rush we didn’t mind waiting. The problem is we sat in the showroom with all four employees walking by us several times over the next 30 minutes and not a single word was said to us. No hello when we walked in. No sorry about your wait we will be with you shortly. Nothing. Not even a smile. They just looked at us like we were out of place and shouldn’t be there. I even said something about how rude everyone was being to my wife as the manager walked by and even he acted like we weren’t there. I have been in sales for 10 years now and understand that when its busy there is a wait. The part I don’t understand is how you just ignore customers without a word or any other sort of acknowledgement for over 30 minutes. This place is poorly run and you can see it all over the store. They have banners advertising verizons big tablet sale all over the store yet they don’t have a single tablet out on display. I will not be returning to this location in the future for any reason.

Do NOT shop at this store!!! I have been fighting them for nearly 2 months to get money owed back to me from a phone exchange. I even have a receipt showing me how much they were supposed to credit back to my bank account but do you think it I received it? I had to go and complain at the store several times and they even then tried to blow me off. I did get some of my money back finally but not all of it was credited onto my account. Had to make a complaint on the BBB website to see if that will help.
