In the world of services, the small businesses who serve the community are always chided if the overly entitled public doesn’t always feel like they totally got one over on the small business owner.
We called 6 glass companies to pick up a wall-​to-​wall mirror and cut it down for us. These guys were the only ones that would do it. They did it expeditiously, with impeccable customer service, first rate quality and extremely reasonably priced. Kudos!

I’ll start with the one positive part of this entire very expensive experience. The glass is truly beautiful.
All the problems stem back to a sloppy owner who doesn’t really give a sh@*!
