History

Established in 1997.

After college, Rick started out as a claims adjuster for Liberty Mutual Insurance company as a casualty claims adjuster. He was then promoted to Sr Level Adjuster in the Litigation Unit. He then worked for a personal injury law firm in Atlanta, GA before going back to law school at Hamline University School of Law. Following graduation, Rick worked for an insurance defense law firm. From there he went on to work for a personal injury law firm representing injured railroad workers. He then broke off to form his own firm in 1997 when he met Kathy Mandel and Ron Mickelson. The firm is a full service personal injury law firm, specializing in motorcycle crashes, car wrecks, products liability and construction site injuries, including all worker’s compensation matters, insurance disputes, mediations and arbitrations. Rick has been selected every year as a «Super Lawyer» since 2008, as well as «Who’s Who in Personal Injury Law and Worker’s Compensation.»
