Horrible service. Do not go when Max is working especially, very rude service! Inattentive, I claimed the guarantee on an item or two because they were not good quality and felt bad paying for them, no one even ate them. He made me feel bad, gave me the wrong price for return credit then when I was paying he said, oh wait you don’t get that much credit and gave me about ¼ of the credit he said I had. Then he started crying and saying he was upset because I told him it was bad service. I’ve had good service before, but this experience was very offputting and the products, some are great some are really bad, if you use the guarantee they punish you by taking your name off the mailing list and telling you to go elsewhere!

Great customer service! I called ahead to ask questions about product and then went in store to see everything before purchasing. Everyone was not only knowledgable and helpful but they went above/beyond to make my shopping experience perfect. They were creative in creating a gift within my budget; I will absolutely return to this store and remain an Omaha Steak enthusiast!
