Regrets are haunting and Legend Solar, is one for me. It is first and foremost a financial regret. Close to a $ 48,000.00 investment based on two crucial things. First, the most our monthly electrical bill would be no more than $ 20.00. Well, our September bill was $ 100.00 (5 times what we were told to expect) and Oct. $ 50.00 (2.5 times what were told to expect). Could this be due to additional consumption? We have not added one electrical unit to support, since the purchase of the system. No pool, not even a new washer or dryer. Next, one of the reasons we bought the system, was to provide electricity if the grid went down. Guess what? It is only true if you have a battery system. No grid, no power from my $ 48,000 investment. I didn’t find that out until after installation, that we needed to have a battery system to make the system function, if the grid went down. It certainly leaves me wondering what else we don’t know that will make us feel even worse.
