History

Established in 1985.

Originally known as Hurst Screen Printing, Heath Burchinal started as a manager in 1997 and shortly after changed the name to Xtreme Graphix Design & Apparel. He then purchased the company in 1999 and moved to a much larger printing facility that allowed them to grow to a much larger company of 20+ employees.

Heath graduated from Uintah High School in Vernal, Utah in 1992, attended Utah Valley University (UVSC at the time) from 1992 to 1994 and received his degree in Graphics Commercial Art. While attending college Heath started working in the paper printing industry and knew that he was hooked for life with the ability to mass produce art whether is was on paper or later on printing unique art and graphics on to apparel.

Heath moved to St. George to help assist with the printing of the local paper, The Spectrum. Later on he moved into the software industry as a marketing manager where his desire to get back to printing was to strong and found the opportunity to manage the small fledgling screen printing company with the option to purchase several years later. From there Xtreme Graphix has grown dramatically from a staff of 3 to between 20 – 25 employees.
