Good food, but great shakes. We had the burgers, fries & onion rings. Great fry sauce. We really loved the creamy milk shakes that come in a variety of flavored. We had the caramel & chocolate, and both were great!

Food wasn’t terrible, the glacier is delicious– but the place is a total dive. Dirty, old, and a real bad smell. I might come back for a glacier on a hot day, but more than anything this place just needs a bulldozer.

Old school since 1965. We had to do a quick pit stop and try out this place, I ordered a small strawberry sundae. Friendly service and a good value because when I got my sundae it was pretty big, not small at all. This is cool car hop style restaurant, bring your classic car and park it for a photo op.

One of my favorite places in St George. The sweet potato fries with marshmallow sauce and glaciers can not be beat! Wish there was one in SLC to satisfy my frequent cravings! Staff is always friendly as well and prices are great!

Recommend by a family member… was not impressed. Leave now and drive a block down the street to iceberg!!! You get so much more ice cream at iceberg for only a little more expense… And icebergs ice cream tastes better and they have better customer service.

We have stopped here twice on our way into St. George and love it! I get a specialty burger, fries, and a banana chocolate shake. My toddler has now become a fan and was obsessed with their fry sauce. We ate here for lunch and we were all stuffed for the rest of the day, evening, and night. We weren’t hungry for dinner that evening. The last time we ate here we did all feel a little«sick» as in headaches and just overstuffed feeling afterwards.

Glaciers and steak subs are the best. Staff is super friendly and place is clean. Wish they had a store in miami. Would make tons of money there.

If you want to know what old school fast food is this is the place! A hoppin joint to get a treat, the glaciers are my personal favorite.

Fantastically retro. If you’re into old diners and anything vintage, you’ll dig this place. The outside is pretty awesome. The kids working here are really friendly and polite, I was impressed! My husband and I ordered a burger, a grilled cheese, fries, and a mint shake and it came out to about 10 bucks. Food was delicious — simple greasy diner stuff. I had a great time here, it’s so small town and old. We will always come back whenever we pass through St. George. And their fry sauce is amazing. Ahh!

What a great road-trip place! The burgers and hot dogs are good, big, and cheap. The crinkle cut fries were perfectly crispy and served with the ubiquitous Utah fry sauce. There’s an excellent selection of shakes, malts, floats, freezes, and slushies. It’s family-owned. We will stop here whenever leaving Vegas for Bryanhead, Salt Lake, or Pine Valley.

Fish and chips were subpar and $ 10! Insane. Also ordered a king burger which was $ 5 and highly disappointing. We won’t be returning.

After reading the reviews, I was hoping for a) great friendly service, and b) terrific food. We went inside, and from the counter I ordered the fish & chips for $ 11 bucks, but when I tried to eat it, I couldn’t eat even half of it. It was awful. Not only was it terribly greasy, but it just didn’t taste good. At all. The pineapple shake, however, was one of the best I’ve ever had. Others in our party had the burgers, a foot-long chili dog, and the signature drinks. Overall, if I go back it will be for their drinks. Not the service or the food. BIG disappointment.

Day 2 of our Southern Utah Trip. Stopped by Larsens Frostop on a Saturday. Ordered the Big Cheese burger. It wasn’t the greatest. The tater tots were too greasy for the kids. The Oreo shakes were like McDonald’s mcflurry in taste. One reviewer was spot on about the bathrooms, but to me was more like a scene from the movie hostel. $ 1 grilled cheese for the kids was definently the highlight. Will not be going back.

This has become one of our stops every time we go to St. George. My wife loves the crinkle cut fries and fry sauce. I’m a fan of their burgers and the kids cant get enough of the shakes. As an added bonus their prices are lower than other burger places in the area.

Old burger shop vibe but very dirty. Not a local so I won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone in the area.

Love the grape glacier! Always have to stop by Larson’s for one when I am in town! Their fast food is pretty good too!

Good little Mom and Pop shop themed dive. Pretty good food, exactly what you would expect from a place like this. Chicken strips are the best as well as the shakes. If I ever pass by again, I’ll make sure to stop here. You should too.

Stopped here for lunch today. This is a drive-in and you can eat in your car if you would like but we decided to go inside. Its not huge inside but luckily it wasn’t too busy. I got a pastrami burger and my wife had a grilled cheese. The burger was great and the fries were really good too. I had a bite of the grilled cheese and as I suspected it is probably more suited for kids as its kind of plain. This place has that old school feel to it and is a fun place to go. The tables inside are a little old and need a good power scrub or a refinish but other than that this place is pretty cool. Would come again.

We decided to stop here for dinner before heading back to Las Vegas. I love the feel when you enter, everyone greets you, and inside has that old school feel to it. Their burger selections sounded really good, and even better sounding was the flavor offerings in their shakes! Tried one of their new speciality burgers called the Hawaiian Burger and I just had to get a Banana Milkshake ’cause it’s the Minion in me… mmmm. BA-NA-NA!!!;) Wifey wasn’t too hungry, so she just got a grilled cheese which was only a buck! The burger was pretty good, just a little overcooked for my liking(I’m a medium rare meat type of guy), but I really enjoyed my shake-chunks of banana, nice, thick consistency, perfect! Next time you’re in St. George, give Larsen’s a try! ALOHA!!!
