Wow. I have to down grade from my last review. During this time of year we take lunch at 11 am. The store opened at 10:30. I arrived at 11:05. The employees were great behind the counter. Of course they must never come out from behind the counter to clean. What a grease pit. Every table dirty and greasy from what I can assume was from the night before. The walls were greasy and slimy as well. It gives new meaning to the phrase «finger licking good». The food was actually better than my last time in, they must have changed the oil in the cooker. I’m going to El Polo for awhile.

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! We have been here before & was disappointed then. So we thought we’d give them another try. NEVER going back. Chicken was burnt & dry, couldn’t tell if we had original or crispy. Not worth was we paid. We don’t live in St. George & I was NOT going to drive all the way back for more crap. If at all possible NO star would have been given. The chicken tenders were the smallest I have ever seen.

ordered a family meal for four people, love the grilled and the original recipe. Chicken that can’t go wrong… or can it? taste should be the same at various locations around state to state for being a chain. Some how it varied throughout state to state and it’s locations.
