Kernel Dave’s Pophouse

I had a popcorn bar at my wedding reception 2 weeks ago. We chose 10 seperate flavors, had about 130 guests and we had leftovers. It was a hit, everyone loved it, something different and fun. The hardest part was picking which flavors to use. The prices were reasonable since we bought bulk, so money well spent. I do suggest that you go to the store before you order so you can try the flavors. They sell them all in smaller bags and they do sample some flavors as well. I highly recommend it.

This is a neat little shop for novelty popcorn. The selection is quite large, boasting flavors such as Buffalo Hot Wing, Bacon and Cheddar, Apple Jack, and Beer. Yes, Beer flavored popcorn! They also have seasonal flavors, as I remember pumpkin spice popcorn when I was in here last fall.
My last trip netted a bag of Bacon and Cheddar along with a bag of Cinnamon Toast.
I would say my only complaint here is on the price. At $ 8 per bag, they must be making a ton off of each customer, though I’ve never actually seen someone walk in the door at the same time as me. I mean never. Maybe I’m going at the wrong time?
Regardless, if you like popcorn or are just looking for a new snack to try, I’d give Kernal Dave’s a look.
