The Popsicles are so good! They are made with fresh ingredients every morning! No artificial flavors and you can definitely taste all the delicious flavors in your mouth! It’s like heaven in your mouth. We were only in town for a day but we stopped in twice. I wanted to try the spicy flavors but wasn’t brave enough, although the guy at the counter said it is his favorite. He also said the one with basil, there are pieces of basil leaves in them! We tried the Elvis (pb, banana, honey) which is great if you’re wanting something creamy, honeydew, and strawberry lemonade (if you like tangy). They were all equally delicious depending on what you want. Every bite taste so concentrated with real fruits. There are so many flavors to choose from. They do have two locations and one of them carries more flavors then the other one.

I read such good reviews so we tried it. No samples for such unusual flavors. I really don’t get the appeal, unless it’s a sweltering day and anything cold would have been amazing. Take that factor out and you are left with a very ordinary product for a way too high price.

The guy in there was very helpful. Lots of flavors to choose from. The elvis and pineapple pops were great.

Love the popsicles here. A little pricey, but otherwise a neat place. Has a hipster/​indie type of vibe to the entire place.

I saw this place on a Travel Channel show years ago and logged it away in my brain as a future ‘must go-​to place.’ Granted it’s been a couple years (5+) and I watch a lot of food shows and the list of places I want to go to gets longer every year, sadly the location of this one slipped my mind. I recently moved to FL and this past weekend I made a trip to St Augustine with my husband and my mother. Needless to say I was very excited when I stumbled on this place in old town. although excited is a bit understated. We were looking for a lunch spot and this caught my eye. Thank God it was a cold winter day and not the middle of summer so people were limited, thankfully for my pride. My husband watched the show with me back in college so he knew exactly why I was freaking out but my mother made a very strong point to call me out on my ‘lack of composure’. Seriously… I felt like I did when I was 10 years old at my first Backstreet Boys concert and Nick Carter just touched my hand. Needless to say I ran inside for an ice pop.
The girl working was really friendly and helpful in narrowing down the choices. There’s a lot of options here and she explained that the flavors with dots next to the name are creamy ice pops that are made with milk. That sounded perfect to me. About 10 mins later I leave with my Blackberry Cheesecake ice pop and I’m glowing as any foodie would be in my situation. The ice pop was freaking delicious, living up to every impossible standard that Travel Channel unfairly sets them up to. Honestly… best dam ice pop I’ve ever had. I should back up… I really dont like ice pops. I’m a ice cream person, more specifically a custard person who grew up at the Jersey shore (not the f-​ing reality show that ruined Jerseys image fyi) and I live on custard in the summer months; it’s like oxygen to NJ beach natives. So this was a dam good ice pop! It did not taste like cheesecake, something NJ people also live on lol, being so close to NYC. It was more like blackberries & cream which is fine by me.
I was given a punch card for future ice pops in the hopes of getting a free one down the line. I tucked that safely inside my wallet and spent a very nice 30 mins walking the streets of old town with my yummy treat!
Oh I’ll be back!

Some users are saying it’s pricey but for a delicious artisanal Popsicle with some awesome it’s totally worth it! I ordered the prickly pear margarita which was refreshing and tangy… Tasted just like a marg! Wish I could open up shop in Louisiana!

The champagne mango was delish, even the bf agreed. It was sweet and to my liking. The raspberry habanero was spicy and to the bf’s liking. It wasn’t my cup of tea kind of flavor, but the bf said it was spicy enough.
The guy working this one particular day was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was engaging and provided us with a rewards stamp card.
This small location has merchandise for sale and a few tables inside for chilling. The Hyppo only has locations in Florida since it’s locally manufactured and packaged there.

I ordered papaya and pineapple. Was OK, not anything great. It left a bitter aftertaste that I did not like. Maybe their other flavors are good.

This place is rad.
On a hot, Florida day, this place is where you want to end up after walking around there a few hours. Tons of really unique Popsicle flavors, like cucumber, pumpkin cheesecake, & some with peppers in them. Because it was like 60 degrees, I wasn’t really wanting a Popsicle, but it made our 3 year old extremely happy. He got strawberry lemonade and literally ate the entire thing, down to the melting pieces that fell off the stick. The guy working there also told me they are made fresh using fruits from local farmers markets. Win-​win, my friend. They have 2 locations there, which is also cool. We passed by it the first time only to see the other store the second time around and went in. A place to remember! The kids loved it. Like $ 3.50 a Popsicle. Go and have a blast picking a unique flavor you can’t get anywhere else.

I love the pops here! I had one everyday while in St. Augustine and really wanted to bring some home but not possible since they need to be frozen and I am without the equipment to make that happen on the 12 journey home.
They offer fantastic flavored ice pops that I would never pair together myself but once I see them in their solid pop form, I was gung ho to. I won’t get into the 32 flavor a they offer on a daily basis but I want to share their delicious creations via my taste buds.
Pear pie was like eating a fresh pear that was puréed and chilled with a hint of cinnamon. I was in heaven and I found it sweet enough to satisfy my sugar crying without overly Pickering my lips or needing a sip of water to quill a sweet high. It was yum yum.
Pineapple mule was a treat on the hot day with no alcohol to fret about. It did taste like the divine Mike beverage with pineapple fruit bits. If you don’t like stringy bits of fruit, forgo this. It’s a tad strict but it was fine for me.
Gingered plum was a unique flavor because I was not sure if the ginger would overpower the poor fleshy plum. The plum bits were good but not sure this is a fave.
Stop reading this and go get one!
Few tips the door to the George street is a little confusing but u will figure it out once you enter and see the other door to go inside. Go to the right and order. Staff is super about answering questions and giving insight. I do wish they had a few sample because it’s hard to commit to a flavor.

What a nice place. Fresh fruit Popsicle for a healthy snack on the go or on site. Raspberry lemonade, mint lemon cucumber and pinacolada are really good choices.
Price is fair.

As always their flavors never fail to amaze every time I go in there and try something different it is unbelievably delicious. Definitely a must stop while walking around or worth the drive with the family.

The options are fascinating with a true fruit taste! I have never seen so many UNIQUE flavors!
Pineapple Cilantro — Very refreshing!
Champagne Mango — Excellent! You can taste the real pieces of mango!
Pistachio Rosewater — Delicious but it was a bit too sweet for me!
Avocado Cream — Heavier and more filling then the other options
I recommend getting a punch card, because you will want to try MANY flavors

I need The Hyppo in my life. How can I order all the ice pops to be delivered to Boston?
I’m a huge fan of ice pops. Last summer, I made a bunch of ice pops for my blog & I thought I was all set on ice pops. Thought I knew enough to not be too surprised by any ice pops in the grocery store, but I was wrong. There it was, The Hyppo, staring me in the face, beckoning at me with its cute hipster sign.

So in Josh G. & I went, he too full to eat anything & me, well, I’m just really good at making room for dessert. I wanted to order everything! They had so many fantastic flavors, but I decided to go for a lighter, sweeter flavor. Spiciness & fruit is a familiar combination to my peoplez, so of course I went with a Chipotle + fruit (peach) flavor. It was fantastic. I wish I got 5 more different pops. It’s too bad they didn’t have a Tajin + Mango flavor, but I suppose the Cuban/​Spanish influence is much stronger than the Mexican one (obviously). If they did have a Mango Chamoy flavor though… you bet your butts I’d buy a few more ice pops.
It’s not like ice pops are difficult to make, but the flavor combinations are creative, familiar, classic, &/​or unique. I must absolutely go back for 5 more pops.
If you’re visiting St. Augustine, do yourself a favor & cool down with an amazing ice pop for $ 3.50. Highly recommended!

Whether it’s rainy, blisteringly hot out, or you have to swim through the humidity to get here, drop what you’re doing and head to Hyppo. Refreshing, flavorful, and vegan friendly with a cool vibe.
It’s a small place that only has a handful of tables and a medium size freezer full of individually packed Popsicles. Don’t let this fool you as they’ve got plenty of options! Fun and interesting combinations like Mexican Chocolate, Horchata, and Mango Champagne. Friendly service with a dozen different flavors that you can opt to dip into chocolate for just a dollar more!

Since we really wanted to dip, we asked the attendant what the best flavors were for that. They really do have something for everyone since they’ve got spicy (Strawberry Datil), sweet (Mango Champagne), fruity, creamy, and caffeinated options (like the coffee one that is the equivalent to 1 cup of coffee).

Gin and pear popsicle?! Yes, please.
The combinations here so creative and fun. It was towards closing time when I got there, so some of the flavors were already sold out. But, what a genius idea for all the tourists strolling through the historic part of St. Augustine. All popsicles are $ 3, which might seem a little high, but who can deny trying out one of their unique flavors? Love.

OMG! I love this place. The flavors are endless. It was scorching hot outside as we wandered the Hyppo, and this place hit the spot. They keep it nice and cool inside, so you can spend your time asking questions about all of the amazing flavors! The first day, I went with a peanut butter/​banana popsicle and had it dipped in chocolate. NOTE: ANY of their popsicles can be dipped in chocolate — do it.
The second day, I got Pineapple Cilantro. WOW! Fresh cilantro mixed right into the popsicle itself. Unbelievably refreshing. I will absolutely return next time I am in St. Augustine!

Great place for a cool treat on those hot FL days! I enjoy dessert but prefer to get something on the healthier side. They have at least 20 flavors of fruit based Popsicles w/​all natural ingredients.
I had the American which was fantastic and had gigantic blueberries in it!

So many delicious flavors!!! Strawberry Basil, Pineapple Cilantro, Kiwi Colada, Hybiscuis Guava, the flavors sound crazy but they work so good!
I tried the Datil Strawberry– the Datil pepper is local to St. Aug I believe and the combination of the spicy and sweet was so good, you initially just taste the sweet strawberry but a few seconds later the warm spicyness creeps over your mouth, I just loved it!
Also the consistency of the Popsicle are great no nasty ice crystals in there!
And I have had these Popsicle at events and places in Jax but the store had a lot more variety then the smaller portable trucks.
