Established in 2009.

We opened our business in the toughest real estate downturn in history. We succeeded simply because we enjoy helping people find homes, and we enjoy helping people sell homes. We invite you to give us a try.

Our philosophy is pretty simple: get buyers the most home for the money, and sellers the most money for their home.

Myself, and my partners Kate Stevens and Ron Barry, have been agents since 2001, and Brokers (Kate & I) since 2005.

We patiently listen to our customers and our agents. We work hard to keep them ahead of the competition. When things work right we measure our sales in days and even hours, not months. We’ll do the same for you.
