Had them for roughly a year… a year too long. From the start, Stefano represented his company as different from the rest. They prided themselves on customer service and performing a quality job. It ended after he left. The first set of guys that showed up had no clue what to do on my property. I had to give them a rundown. Fine. Figured 2^nd week it would get better. 2^nd week was different crew on different day, and different outcome. It continued like this for several months. Constant calls and emails to the office led to nothing but constant excuses. Constant changes in crews and employees getting fired led to differing results every time. Finally we had some consistency for a bit, but that too was short-​lived. Over the year I’ve had damage to my lawn from weed spray being sprayed all over it, only to find out that guy was fired the next week. I’ve had my landscaping edges destroyed only to be told we can let it grow in and they’ll fix it down the line. I’ve had landscape lighting chipped by edgers. The best is when this company arbitrarily decides that winter starts early November so they only come out 2x a month. Was 80 degrees and 5 weeks from winter, but no service because they claim that’s the way it is. Some racket. So they get you for a full service they don’t provide and only show up 2x in November. Classic. At least put it in writing, but they don’t! They forget I have original quote which led to the commencement of service based on those terms. But they refuse to live up to the terms of their service. In summary, they rarely provided a full service and when they did show up I often had to tell them to finish the job. There was one crew leader we had in recent months who was with it, but he was often working alone because his helpers were always late, quit or got fired. So do yourself a favor, avoid this company. Your lawn and landscaping will thank you!

They broke irrigation pipes underground in 2 places while planting. The plant placing also did not look professional. It caused quite a bit of money to fix the irrigation. Did not own up or fix it though I heard them discuss breaking it as I was home standing behind them. No manager to speak with, only a secretary that is flippant and hardly ever answers calls. It is also shady that the owner comes out to do evaluations, however misrepresents himself as only a «manager».

In my opinion, Island Breezes Lawn Care LLC one of the lawn companies. My experience with them was not good. First, I believe Island Breeze killed my shrubs — their shrub maintenance was highly ineffective in my opinion, did never completed the work as they always rushed through the service — they always forgot to cut the shrubs in the backyard. They promised to do the work in which I had paid and did not follow through and they had way too much turnover that negatively affected quality. My experience was highly frustrating. I am happy to use another lawn servicing company.
