I have a 1996 Ford Econoline van, I had it in bad condition for more than two months trying to find a good solution for my pocket and found MR TIRE.
I come to this place and the solution was there were very accurate and more available, that competition around springfield.
the satisfaction was great and I can say that I will choose this place for good experience.

Had the misfortune to hit a pothole and ruin a tire. Took it into Mr. Tire in Springfield for repair and was shown that the tire could not be repaired. I needed two new tires. While the size/​brand I needed was not in stock, they ordered them for same day delivery and I came back later for installation. The service was prompt and the price reasonable (was within a few dollars of the best price I could find the internet). When it was complete, they explained what they did and what I could expect ad I was pleased. But when I checked out my vehicle and opened the trunk to make sure they put the spare back, it was put back in the proper wheel stowage position with all tools and hold-​downs correctly installed. I was pleasantly surprised. The technician did a great job!

Claimed that my car was «too new» for a basic oil change. That there was a lawsuit against the company that led to this policy of only offering the premium service oil change. I called for the manager, and he then proceeded to offer me a «good deal.» Stay away. VERY FAR AWAY. Somehow, these predatory practices still occur to reinforce the stereotype that those in the car business are out to cheat you.

Came in for a oil change with a $ 18 coupon for synthetic oil. It was more expensive than VA Tire and Auto. My brother told me this place was cheaper -.- with my coupon, it was still $ 81 when it clearly says full synthetic is $ 82 … So i dropped off my car and later they called telling me they had to change some filter in my car. Guess it was my fault for not making sure how much it was at first but i was expecting it to be a mere $ 30 extra at most for my air filter. But what do you know? I came back in to pick up my car an hr later with a whooping $ 191 total for everything. This is clearly the last time I’ll be here for oil changes and whatever.

Repeat customer with a need to fix a flat tire on spouses Camry. Found new staff at facility than previous visit. Left the tire as they were busy (Saturday) and was called an hour or so later. While I expected a $ 20 – 30 repair, the news was the sidewall was split and could not be repaired, So would need two matching tires and suddenly repair costs were x10. A couple of brands were on sale but in the end we did some research at home and went for Michelins all around as old set were nearing end of useful life. Shop did as promised to get all 4 sourced, installed and aligned by afternoon. Satisfied with service and they did work with us on costs overall. We were shown the bad tire and verified it was damaged on sidewall.

I went to Mr Tire Springfield for 4 Goodyear tires. They refused to match JustTires price for the same tires and installation — even though their website says «MR. TIRE GUARANTEES YOU GET THE LOWEST TOTAL PRICE ON NAME BRAND AND ECONOMY TIRES — Find a better price somewhere else near Springfield, VA? We’ll beat their total tire or automotive service price by 5%.» They wouldn’t match much less beat by 5%.

The price ads they have are very misleading. I got a coupon for an $ 18 dollar oil change. I went in for my Ford Explorer, not a luxury vehicle mind you and they said it needed some special oil so it would come out to $ 52 saving only $ 12 for the coupon. I gotta say, that’s way too much for a Ford oil change.

Great service! I had an alignment done and an oil change so far. This will be my go to place from now on. The staff is great! Friendly, attentive, and professional.

I did tire rotation and balance. They are great. I arrived 20 min earlier than appointment but they started my service. Simply, they are good. Peoples are friendly. Strongly recommend.

Had a blow out and they had it patched in under an hour. The prices here are higher than others so that’s the trade off.

We have been using this shop for at least 8 – 9 years. We followed the crew from another location on Rt. 1 when they were Mr Goodwrench. Nate was the best. And friendly! Yesterday’s visit was the absolute WORST. No faces I knew, no empathy that I had just spent thousands on a wedding 3 days ago. The manager has no interpersonal skills which to develop trust in the customer. I like to chat with new people to see how trustworthy they are. Zip, zero. The manager mumbled and because of that I was not given a clear understanding of what was happening and why. But I was given a credit card application to pay for my repairs! A woman waiting in the shop had been there for an hour PAST her appointment time. No warm fuzzy TRUSTING feelings here! I wish ZERO stars were an option. NEVER AGAIN will I darken THIS shop!

I came here to get my tires rotated and a second opinion on my transmission fluid. Midas had told me that my transmission fluid needs to be flushed, but the employees working at Mr. Tire said it was not recommended to go that route. They also did not recommend rotating my tires due to the back tires being more worn. Mr. Tire of Springfield is possibly the most honest, friendly auto shop I’ve ever been to. They looked at my car free of charge, I could not believe it! I will definitely be coming back here and have told my coworkers about this place.

Every time when I return to this place there alway a new face working at the front reception. But this time is my worst experience and I think I will go to pepboy from now on. I came to this place 4 times in the past for installing new tires. Last month I bring my car replace two new tires in rear and they charge me $ 29.99 each for installation. Today I go back to install two new tires for the front, new group of people working there and he tells me it will be $ 65 each. I told him to go check on the computer and look for my record last month. Ok he will charge me $ 29.99 but I only look at the total on the bottom of receipt it went up to $ 90 plus. I can’t write more detail only thing he said is extra for run flat tire. I just say no, this is ripoff and I grab my key and walk out from this place as fast as possible

What a bad experience! First, I had to call mutiple times just to reach them. The first guy I reached was rude and clueless. I called the next day and the phone rang multiple times in the middle of the working day. Once it must have rang 40 times before i hung up. I set an appointment and when I showed up two days later they said they were running 30 minutes late. I checked the service bays and half were empty?!? The place is a total dump.
It took them two hours to install four tires. When I got into my car the steering wheel was so dirty I had to stop on the way home at a CVS store to buy supplies to clean the wheel.
Bad service at higher than average pricing. You can do better.

Avoid these guys like the plague. Horrible experience! I had a 10am appointment and showed up at 9:50. I saw the tires that
had delivered sitting on the showroom floor. Guy at front counter told me it would take a couple of hours to install because there were larger tires (no problem). I started reading my book and waited… and waited… and waited. 45 minutes later, my truck was still in the parking lot. I went in and asked about it. I was told that they had to «re-​calibrate» the balancing machine and that my truck would be next. They told me it would be two hours from the time they started the install, not from the time I arrived! Then I see them pull in another car that had arrived after mine. I went in and asked what was up, and got blank stares. Finally at 11:15, I told them to give me my keys back and to load my tires in my truck. These guys have no idea what an appointment is, and will waste your time. STAY AWAY!

I only give it 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. I took my car there because my light was on that 2 of my tires had low air pressure. They looked at the tires and 1 had a nail and the other just needed air. Then they decided that the TPMS sensor was bad in 1 of the tires. They «replaced» it for a cool $ 230. Then they returned the vehicle and on my way home the TPMS sensor lit up — never has it lit up before. My husband called and they accused us of being responsible for breaking the sensor — seriously? On the way home from your store? My husband got into a screaming match and they finally relented and agreed to «fix» it. We had to drop the car off again. When we picked it up, we drive it for 5 minutes and the light came on AGAIN. We called and they agreed to «fix» it again. We had to drop it off for 2 days this time. No offer to provide a ride or assist with transportation. The light finally went off after the third time, though I am going to take it to a dealer to look at because these guys cannot be trusted. Also, the TPMS sensor was never broken — hence the ability of my car to sense that both tires needed air! This place was horrible — the worst experience I’ve ever had with any car place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

Very honest recommendations, quick service, and great deals on their website. I will be returning for my next oil change!

OK, sure they have good prices and this is the 2^nd car in 30days I’ve brought in for 4 tires. Only because of the price certainly not the service. Today’s experience was similar if not even worse than my last one. I had a 930 appointment and I’ve been here 2 hours for 4 tires (no alignment) and I’m being told at least 20 minutes more. I’ve watched Vernon be rude to clients (last visit) and today he looks like and acts like this is the last place he wants to be (maybe his leadership should take his hint). They are Turing customers away by saying they as ‘busy’. That’s OK, with services like this they can’t stay busy long. If you want a decent price for tires and live close to these guys, get the price but don’t expect a smile or rapid service. (Bring a good book or fully charged device, you will be here a while.) Allen on the other hand, knows what eye contact is, actually had a smile and apologized the the delay… The other dude, couldn’t be bothered.

Called 30 minutes prior to appt to ask if things looked good. Yes, come in. Told its 1.5 hour wait. But I made an appointment days ago. Well, there are 5 people ahead of you. They need to look up the definition of appointment. Did not give me the sale price until I pointed it out. Charged me way more than the «Out the door price» they claim on the website. Two hours, with an appointment, to get 4 tires put on. Never again.

I called to ask if they will install a used tire on my car that I bought elsewhere. The sales person said yes. So I brought the car over and dropped it off and was told they’d be done in an hour or so. I got a call half hour later that they only install new tires and to come pick up my car. Sorry.
The salesman was very polite but because he was not knowledgable he wasted my time needlessly.
