New play area but not great for little ones. My 3 year old twins can only just use the play gym because the platforms are too tall. I really wish they had a bathroom in the play area like the Battlefield location. This is such a pain and will honestly keep me from returning. It makes it really hard when I have 3 kids and one needs the bathroom. Also, they have these new ordering stations so you don’t have to go to the front counter to order. Maybe would have been a good idea to put one in the play area?! I would love to order a drink or more food but once again can’t leave my kids.

I want to preface this with the fact that i worked at a McDonalds less than a year ago. I honestly can’t believe I’m even doing this, but i rarely even go to McDonald’s and i was starving on my way home from a long day of errands with a whining three year old in my back seat. I ordered a McChicken with tomato, 2 small fries, and a large sweet tea no ice. The people were nice enough, the person in the second window was very sweet! However, despite my McChicken having a tiny tag saying«add tomato»,(and they charge a dollar extra) it didn’t have any. They weren’t busy at all so we pulled through and they said they’d fix it, but demanded the other McChicken. As a person who worked at McDonald’s, giving your food back through the window is a complete and literal waste, they must throw it away. So, i normally don’t offer, and when i worked at McDonald’s, or for that matter, any other location I’ve been to since working at one, never ask for it back. The«manager» said it was policy and i know that if it is, it’s not his decision and honestly i cared little about that part other than noting how strange it is. The manager hands us our McChicken and apologizes, but again, unlike any other McDonald’s in town I’ve been to, they don’t offer anything extra(like a small value coupon). As we pull away, i unwrap the sandwich feeling that the situation was merely comical. That is, until i realized my McChicken was missing CHICKEN. We pulled through a THIRD time, laughing at the situation and was greeted by the very sweet person we first encountered, who was very apologetic. Then another person came and we offered the McChicken(without chicken!) Out the window and actually was just stared at with no apology, no greeting. We sat awkwardly waiting and the manager came back and said, «I’m ready, whatcha need?». We looked at him confused for a second before a person behind him handed him the sandwich to give to us. He handed it to us and wished us a good day and finally we mention that even an order of fries would be great or a coupon, and he says, «Yeah that would be considered stealing.» We wished him a good day, but I’ve never been so confused. I definitely won’t go again becuase not only do i not have time for that, but any other McDonald’s will offer you compensation in some form with out any prompt when they’ve made a mistake.

Passing through the drive-thru, I ordered 2 McDoubles plain = no condiments, no pickles, just cheese. I did not want to deal with the runny stuff whilst driving. The wrappers said exactly what I expected, but when I bit into the first sandwich, catsup squirted out everywhere, onto my steering wheel and my outer jacket. It seemed like the order was prepared with extra catsup. I reached for a napkin — there were none.

Honestly, I haven’t eaten at this location for years… but the bathrooms are excellent! If you find yourself in a lurch needing a bathroom in a heartbeat and your in the area I recommend this location. Plenty of stalls and urinals. Tissue is always stocked and the place is always clean. I recommend the number 1 or 2.
