Geoff and Ray were extremely polite and very customer service oriented. We will 100% use them again. It took them less than 10 mins to move our items. It was surprisingly inexpensive and no hidden fee’s or agendas. You can’t go wrong with this company.

This company is great! We contracted them to remove a lot of items that we accumulated over 10 years of living in a relatively large home. We decided to downsize to a smaller home. Scheduling the pick up was easily done online via the company’s website. We received an immediate call to verify our need. The rest was just so easy. The truck and two gents arrived on time, after emailing us to give us an update on their expected time of arrival. They were very professional and removed everything that we had identified as needing to go. Their skill at loading the truck is outstanding. The cost was very reasonable. They did all of the work, including making a path through snow to remove a large item through my back yard door. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who just needs to clean up.

I used Junk Aide today to help with the clean up and haul of materials left over from house renovations. Jeff contacted me the same day and came right on time. I scheduled a service through their website to get an extremely old fridge in the basement removed. I was somewhat skeptical because it was such an easy scheduling process that I asked myself «Can it be this simple? Will they show up on time or not show up at all?» I’m so glad they proved me wrong.
These guys are extremely prompt, professional, and efficient. Ray called me on the morning of the service to inform me the approx. time of arrival, to which they arrived exactly as promised.
What a relief from many other services that provide a 2 hour window but don’t actually show up until 2 hours later without prior communication.
Since I don’t have a walkout basement, the fridge door had to be removed to fit the fridge through a small basement door, and were very careful in doing so to avoid damaging my hardwood floor. The entire process from when they arrived until the fridge was loaded and ready to go took no more than 18 minutes.

Our regular trash service was being a pain getting rid of some misc junk, so I tried this. Much easier and much more convenient. I love the online booking website — just select a time slot (even Saturday, which is great), and they’ll schedule a no-​obligation on the spot estimate & haul away in one visit. Will definitely use these guys again.

Awesome job. Affordable. Very courteous and prompt. I had some old mattresses and furniture to get rid of, and I couldn’t be happier. They brought everything they needed to get the job done, and they were in and out in just a couple of minutes.
The next time that I need to have anything hauled away, they’ll be the first place I contact.
