Busy Starbucks location with poor customer service. I frequented the location twice within five weeks and received poor service both times. First visit — the coffee was lukewarm. Second visit — cashier had an attitude because I wanted to order a drink but he had to stop cleaning the pastry display case in order to accommodate me. I’ll go out of my way to another location.

Lol these people are so rude! Don’t waste your time here. They act like you owe them something and show little respect or kindness. It’s so overpriced and their drinks aren’t even hot. Heck, when I order a hot drink, I want it hot! Not piss warm. I’ve given them lots of chances and have finally given up! There is a Starbucks inside of the Kroger nearby, go to that one if you need Starbucks, but please do not give these people or this location your time or money!

I know you’re open at 8:45 on a Friday Starbuck’s. I can see your employees standing around inside chit chatting. Way to leave a customer sitting at the drive thru window because you’re too lazy to make another drink because it’s most closing time. You know who will brew a fresh batch of coffee at the end of the night for only one customer? Chick-​Fil-​A next door will.
I have given up on getting any type of service over a zero from Starbucks. I won’t be returning to any location ever. I’m not sure why people keep spending their money here. It must be for status because the coffee and the service is shit.

When this Starbucks first opened the drinks were pretty bad but know it’s been a few months and the drinks have gotten so much better. I think that the staff needed training at first but now the drink quality and quantity has gotten more reasonable.

Always a spectacular attitude from this team. I’ve never had a wrong order, or any other trouble while I’ve been visiting this location. I always come back though due to the positive attitude from all the team members.

The moment you walk in the store, someone from behind the counter makes eye contact with you, smiles and says hello. these guys are the best !!! Ash is the sweetest starbuck employee I ever met.

Just Bad!!! I went there the other day and while placed on hold in the drive thru apparently they accidently left the microphone on and I could hear them talk about another customer that had just drove away. Now that’s just sad. I wonder what they say about me because sometimes I ask for extra ice, etc. Won’t be back!

This place has improved considerably and they have make it bigger. the free wifi is great and you can see a lot of people taking advantage of it. Definitely a better Starbucks than most that I have been to. the drive through seems busy all the time and there is always a line that goes around. Is faster just to go in go get your coffee but parking is really tight all around.

This Starbucks is better than most. They haven’t forgotten about customer service and will go out if their way to make sure your happy. I recently went in to try the new Fizzios and was given free talls of all of them to try. They were all pretty good.

The service at this Starbucks is above par. There are always plenty of workers behind the counter and they’re all willing to help their customers. Since the location is pretty small, it does get crowded on the inside! If you really need to do studying I’ll advise you to bring headphones!

I go to this location nearly every Saturday morning, and it’s always well staffed and stocked. Occasionally, it gets a bit crowded, and I wish the indoor seating was more plentiful. Overall, though, it’s a good spot and they always give my dog a «puppy latte» when I ask!

Great little Starbucks with fast, friendly and consistent service. The coffee is always hot and the smiles are ready despite the heavy flow of traffic that goes through this busy store.
