CrossFit is a fitness program designed for all ages and fitness levels. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity not the programs. –crossfit.com
CrossFit classes are designed to be broad, general, and inclusive. We constantly vary, (always change) functional movements, and perform them at high intensity. The workouts elicit a maximal neuro-endocrine response from your body by taxing it to it’s core with a variety of mulit-joint, full-body movements. We define fitness by the competency on each of the 10 categories: Cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. We rotate a 5 day on and 2 day off model which means that each day every week will be something different.
CrossFit is different. Regardless of your age, sex, or athletic abilities, we all need the same tools to perform everyday tasks. From your grandmother to an experienced power lifter, our bodies move the same and require the same muscles to execute those tasks. It is a proven system that will get you those results period.
History
Established in 2012.
CrossFit Redefined was founded and affiliated in August 2012 and we began coaching classes out of our garage with neighbors and friends soon after. Wanting to increase membership, we held an «I am Redefined» challenge. Hoping to get ten members Redefined exceeded that and had to open seven more spots. Soon after we had to move classes to a parking lot because space was becoming an issue. Within a two month time span CrossFit Redefined had to move locations three times to accommodate the rapid growth. After 3 great years we have over 200 members and Redefined is housed in a facility over 4000 square feet.

Business Owner
Lance has a deep passion for bettering the lives of people he surrounds himself with and that passion shows. His goal is that his members take what they learn at CrossFit Redefined and apply it outside of the gym.
While working as a sports rehab therapist he also became certified as a personal trainer where he found CrossFit. Lance and his staff strive to improve their members quality of life while utilizing CrossFit’s methodology. He’s not only learned the importance of nutrition and exercise but also has learned how to help others make a better change for life. Lance and his wife Stephanie have one daughter who is active and in gymnastics.
