C. Ryan Oakley, DDS, FAGD earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Baylor University in 2000 before completing his Doctorate in Dental Science from University of Texas Houston Dental Branch. He joined Spring Creek Dentistry in 2005 and, along with Dr. Miller, provides comprehensive preventive, restorative, cosmetic, orthodontic, and implant dentistry for families in the Houston area. C. Ryan Oakley, DDS, FAGD genuinely cares about his patients and enjoys learning about their lives, dreams, and health. He’s interested in the whole person, not just their oral health.

Last time I was there was five years ago for a cleaning. I received a call from their office a few months ago saying I owed $ 168 from my last visit. After the lady on the phone looked up my file she said their was some confusion and I actually did not owe anything. Today I received a call from collections saying Spring Creek turned me over to collections for $ 168. Real professional Spring Creek! Guess it’s time to replace all the furniture for the lobby. Hope my $ 168 gets you far!

What an incredible experience from beginning to end! I was welcomed when I walked in the door by Jessica. She really helped me with the paperwork and explained everything to me in detail. Really appreciate the time that she spent with me as this was my first visit here. A few minutes later I was greeted by the assistant who escorted me to the back. She was really great and extremely gentle during the X-​Ray process. Soon after that, Dr. Oakley came in. What a fantastic dentist. Really nice guy with an amazing personality. Overall I am extremely excited about coming to Spring Creek Dentistry from now on. What a great staff and great Dentist.

I was a patient of Spring Creek Dentistry for over two years. The facilities are first rate and the staff is excellent, especially Mandy. Dr. Miller is one of the best and most personable dentists I have experienced. Spring Creek Dentistry is one of the things I miss about the Houston area!

I love Spring Creek! I have an appointment to see them for the second time. They aren’t the cheapest in the world, but they are worth it. I don’t have any dental insurance, and they offer a special for people without dental insurance to make it more affordable for us to keep up with our routine dental care. Dr. Oakley is so funny and the staff is very nice, plus they have flexible hours to accomodate most schedules.

Love everything about this dentist office ! I have had dental issues my whole life so I have seen my fair share of dentists. This office is the top of the line as soon as you walk in you are greeted with a warm happy smile and always offered a beverage. The office is beautiful and state of the art. Dr. Oakley is my dentist here he is amazing he treats you like a friend and genuinely cares. Dr. Oakley even remembers little details you tell him about just about anything he’s a super cool guy. I have had everything from cleanings to crowns done here. They make you feel as comfortable as possible during every procedure. They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for and honestly that is the truth! They are willing to work with you on payment plans as well if needed. They offer text message and email appointment reminders which I find extremely helpful. One last thing Dr. Oakley personally calls you after hours to make sure you are doing great after your dental work.

Dr. Ryan Oakley was recommended to me by my doctor so I went to visit him without thinking twice. The office set up and the atmosphere is great, the nurses and the Dr. Oakley very friendly. I never had a cavity on any of my teeth so after I had my first baby I went to see him for a regular checkup. On the first visit he said I NEEDED 6 FILLINGS and 4 of them had cavity. The nurse that cleaned my teeth said Dr. Oakley is very conservative and unless you really need work done. When I came home I was devastated and wanted a second opinion. I went to see another dentist that my coworker recommended and when I got there the new dentist said I DO NOT NEED A SINGLE FILLING and my teeth are very healthy. It’s been three years after I saw Dr. Oakley and I still don’t have a single cavity on my mouth but I still get upset when I remember the fact that he said I needed six fillings. Also, on top of that Dr. Oakley’s prices with insurance were 30−40% higher than my current doctor that I have had for the past three years. I don’t know if this qualifies as a scam but this is my story.

My children and I were patients at this practice before Dr. Oakley entered and became one of the primary dentists. They have since moved from their original location and the previous dentists have left, leaving Dr. Oakley as our dentist and the practice in a beautiful, free-​standing facility.
Praise the Lord!
Dr. Oakley and his staff are THE BEST. No joke, no kidding, and we’ve all had a bunch of stuff done, from cleanings to fillings to crowns to referrals to specialists for more extensive work. Excellent. Superb treatment of patients, reminders about appointments, beautiful and comfortable facilities and they work out everything to the max with your insurance.
Times that I’ve had extensive work done there, I have always (and I mean every single time) received a follow-​up call from Dr. Oakley that evening asking how I was doing. This is a guy that cares not only about your teeth, but about YOU.
Put it this way, my daughter makes her appointments here when she comes to visit us twice a year — and she lives in California. She says that in all the cities she’s lived in, there’s NO ONE like Dr. Oakley.
And a shout-​out to Mandy and Jo – they are part of his office staff that make this all work — absolutely the best around! You go, girls!

I feel like I am being treated well at Spring Creek Denistry with Dr. Ryan Oakley. His office moved a little over a year ago to Stuebner Airline and the facilities are state of the art. If you are new to the area or need a new dentist, give Ryan Oakley a call.
