Dr. Phillips has been setting the highest standards of excellence in dentistry for over 20 years. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Houston and his dental degree from the University of Texas School of Dentistry. An esteemed member of the dental community, Dr. Phillips is a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technician as well as an active member in many leading dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Greater Houston Dental Society, Westside Implant Study Club and the Willowbrook Study Club.

Established in 1993.

I graduated from the University of Houston 1977and the University of Texas Dental School in 1988. I began my practice in the Katy area for 5 years and relocated to my Spring office in 1993 and still located here. Prior careers include drilling fluid engineer and a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
