They finally got the flavor back right here after a change in chefs. Complaints finally caught onnn Either way this place is fam friendly, always clean, staff is courteous, and speedily quality! PS. you can’t go wrong with a Bacon cheeseburger (size big) with sweet potato fries and a frosted mug with drink of your choice!
Keep it up Smash Crew your regular has returned.

I think this place solid overall. Every burger I had here was great, including the spicy jalapeño Baja, bacon cheeseburger, and the buffalo blue cheese. The egg buns are really good and have almost a slight sweet taste to them. Also, I really love their fries here. This is the kind of meal you need when you’re having a bad day. It’s definitely worth a try when you’re looking for a burger fix!

My favorite place to go for a solid, tasty burger. I prefer a burger with a patty thin enough that you taste other flavors besides meat. The burgers come with fresh veggies and a yummy sauce and it all blends together perfectly in each bite! The chicken burgers are also good when I want something lighter. I go between rosemary fries and sweet potato fries, both are delicious. They have good, thick shakes so if you aren’t dieting, give those a try. We’ve had to eat outside at peak times when it has been pretty crowded. So, I do wish there was more seating inside.

Service here is great, food is typical for a smashburger. They always have great shakes. The mint Oreo one on st. patricks day was the best. Other than that, the burgers taste pretty bad and are extremely salty. The fries are good though.

It was my first time at Smashburger. I was super hungry and I decided to try a burger joint that was a bit better in quality than typical fast foods.
What I liked:
— The clean taste of the burger
— The flavoring of the Smash fries
— The price; it’s definitely reasonable for a place like this ($ 8ish for burger+fries, no drink)
What I didn’t like:
— Dirty; there was trash and food bits all over the floor & many of the tables hadn’t been cleared and/​or wiped
— Although I liked the flavoring of the Smash fries, they were very greasy!
All in all, I could definitely come back here but it wouldn’t be my first choice for a burger joint.

Hamburgers and buffalo fries are excellent.

My classic grilled chicken burger is always juicy and delicious! Service is ALWAYS with a smile. Food is prepared quickly and served with efficiency. Facility is always clean… Good atmosphere to get something quick to eat and chat with friends.

Truffle Mushroom Swiss Chicken Burger with an egg and avocado paired with sweet potato fries. It’s so good that I can’t bring myself to try anything else on the menu. It’s a good price with good portions. Plus the manager is really kind and always takes care of us.

I love this place. They forgot the buffalo, on my buffalo blue cheese burger today though. Heartbroken!

Food arrived at our table within minutes of ordering. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and kept the tables clear as patrons were leaving.
I ordered the Buffalo and Bleu Cheese burger (regular) and the Buffalo Fries. The burger was cooked well but not dried out. My only complaint was the excessive Buffalo sauce, which was literally running out of the sides, making the experience not unlike eating wings! One doesn’t expect to go through seven or eight napkins in the course of eating a burger — it was a little distracting.
The flavor combinations were well done, however, and the fries were crisp and well-​seasoned enough to make the Ranch dressing a useful condiment. All in all a decent fast food choice well above any of the drive-​thru chains.

Burger was great! The batter for the fried pickles was completely over salted. I like more salt than the average person but this was too much.

Love this place! Amazing burgers and fries! Usually the food is cooked in a decent amount of time and waiting doesn’t take that long. Definitely recommend this place– try to avoid the lunch rush. The shakes and malts are also delicious! My favorite is the oreo malt!

Love Smash Burger. Signature fries are the best, they are a little greasy but hit the spot!

Truffle mushroom Swiss burgers was on point, a little greasy but was very good! Smash Fries were excellent! Employees are so nice and caring! Place is a bit small but overall two thumbs! Good job guys!

First time here… won’t be the last!!! Best burger I have had in a while. As close to homemade as any I have had. The Rosemary fries are delicious, thin and crispy, but not overly crispy. Tea was fresh and the Vanilla and Salted Caramel Shakes were AMAZING! They are made with Haagen Daiz Ice Cream too. Staff very friendly and so was Manager. We will be back. Definately try it if you haven’t.

Burger is not great, way too expensive for a mediocre burger. Service is horrible. They get two stars for good fries. However, when you’re asking 7 bucks for a burger please make sure it’s better than whataburger down the street. The times I’ve been it’s always dirty and the tables are never wiped down.
After hearing so much about this place I decided to give it two chances, but it still could not convince me.

I had heard a lot of great things about Smashburger, but hadn’t gotten a chance to try it until the other day for lunch. I came with a few friends on the way to the Renaissance Festival, and fortunately Smashburger lived up to the hype.
This location is very clean and well maintained by the staff. The girl taking orders at the counter was friendly and efficient, and was one of the better interactions I’ve had with a fast food cashier in recent memory.
I got the Spicy Baja Burger with a side of Smashfries. The burger was excellent — the meat was juicy and tender, and it was cooked to perfection. It’s not a huge burger, but it’s certainly very filling!
The Smashfries went great with the burger and really helped hit the spot. The rosemary, olive oil, and garlic on them is spot-​on, and I’m surprised more places don’t make fries with rosemary. Definitely recommended!

Anytime I go to a Smashburger restaurant, two things are going to happen: 1) My hungry is satisfied and 2) My stomach is thankful that I have good taste in food!
I’ve been to about 5 different locations in the Houston area and they’ve all given me consistently accurate orders with a smile and prepared my burgers with all the fresh veggies I desire! YUM!!! Even with the small smashburger (which is the kid’s burger), I was FULL for hours!!! Those sweet potato fries they piled on my plate didn’t help any either. They were just too tempting to leave on the plate – especially when they’re fresh and hot.
Only complaint that I could mention is that the bench seating is too low for the tables to be comfortable. The seating either needs more cushioning to raise the height of the seat up to a reasonable level to the table, or the tables need to be lowered. Nonetheless, whose going to let some awkward seating interfere with devouring a smashburger??? Certainly not this carnivore! Once you start eating, your mind WILL NOT be bothered with how low the seat is!
With that being said, I have to confess Smashburger is a winner for lunch or dinner: D
