I have purchased several items from this store and they have been upfront and honest. I went in to get another box mod yesterday and the gentleman that helped me out asked me what was wrong with mine. I purchased a Kangertech Subbox Mini three weeks ago and dropped it(it was actually an anniversary gift). The gentleman told me to bring it in and he would see if he can fix it. Then he showed me how to open it up to try to fix it. When i got home i thought why not give it a try myself and was able to fix the device saving me $ 80 easy. That is customer service. My wife and I will be back to support this store.

Was excited to have a new shop fairly close to home and from what I could tell carried premium liquid. Walked in this past weekday in the early afternoon and despite there being a couple of folks there who I believe were employees, I wasn’t even acknowledged. Waited and stared at the wall of juices and then eventually took a seat to try some. No help. Waited a few minutes more then someone finally said«can i help you»? I asked to try a few and also explained my taste and pg/vg ratio preferences. I was given the 3 I had asked to try, nothing more and it felt like it was a hassle for this person to help me. Those particular juices weren’t for me. Expected a few suggestions or at the very least just a bit of salesmanship or decent customer service and didn’t receive either. The vibe was like they were doing me a favor by allowing me in their special club. Too bad as well because I then went to forevervapes and dropped ~2 bills on some new juices and a restock of my ADV. See no reason to go back with much better options available in the area. I am really getting tired of these new vape shops acting like they are doing something special and exclusive. You are not. You are merely selling a product, nothing further. Nothing groundbreaking. If you want to do exceptionally well in business then treat people exceptionally well and everything else is cake. They could also use a website with a list of their products. Driving there only to find nothing you like is a waste of time.

Don’t don’t don’t go there! They say they warrantee there mods and batteries, but they are big fat liars is what they are. I bought a mod over there and within less than two weeks it started shorting because it was effective. And when I took it there to have them fix it or replace it, they tried to blame me for it saying that it must have moisture in it or whatever … That was the biggest bullshit I have ever heard … I’m guessing the five-star reviews they received on here are from these kids that spend all day long over there vaping and so they are not true, so save your money… go elsewhere.

Associate was not attentive enough for a newbie like me. Didn’t expect suit and tie, but pretty nonchalant to my presence and questions. The other associate kept talking to the guy helping me as if they were in store together without me asking questions/needing assistance. Also, would’ve liked my starter kit in silver but didn’t have it in stock. They did have a good variety of juices and was catalogued well. Would give 2.5 if I could, just couldn’t quite give a 3…

I have to say that this place is by far one of the displays of customer service that I have witnessed. Being in an industry of customer service I was blown away with how great this place is. I go probably every other day lol. At this point it is not just a vapor shop for me I can say these people are my friends and I thoroughly enjoy spending time with them. See you guys later today!

Great place! Even if you don’t vape it’s a nice spot to relax. More akin to the old school cigar shops than the shifty smoke shops of today. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Great knowledgeable staff too! The shop owner didn’t mind my inexperienced questions & was very friendly & helpful. They even have a rewards card!

I’ve been vaping for a little over two months and have been to almost every vape shop in North and west Houston and I have to say this is one of my favorite shops. I actually pass two other shops from my house to get here . They have most of the popular e-juice that you can actually try before you buy which is a big plus for me because most other shops only let you try thier house brands and even though they don’t make thier own house brand it’s not necessarily a bad thing . They offer everything you need from the beginner to the pro.

Went today for there grand opening and I can’t explain how Nice the owners and all the employees are. They have amazing customer service. Even though everything wasn’t set up yet, they were extremely accommodating. They have a wide selection of juices and are adding more already. On top of all that, they know there stuff, any questions I had they were pleased to answer. I have to say they have good pricing on all there products. You can sit at the bar and try the ones you want. That’s always a plus. I will definitely be back, this is my new go to vape shop.
