One Stop Tax Stuebner Airline and Louetta

I filed my 2014 tax return at this location. I was initially very pleased with the service and the cost. I was present during the less than 2 hour process to answer any of her questions and I liked how she explained things to better aid me in the future. I signed, was given copies, and was lead to believe that the filing was complete.
When I received my return, I noticed that the amount deposited in my account was different from the original amount I was to receive. After playing phone tag and exchanging a few emails, I was told there was a correction that needed to be made to one of my forms and as a result slight adjustments were made to my refund.
I can accept if corrections needed to be made but I question the level of professionalism. If any adjustments were needed once I left, a phone call or some form of communication should have been attempted to notify me that changes were made. No matter how slight.
