True slow-smoked BBQ. We serve all of the 4 major BBQ food groups! (Brisket, chicken, pork ribs & sausage)
Creating good wood-smoked BBQ is labor intensive. We take the time to marinade and smoke our meats over night. We then smoke our meats using a combination of Pecan & Oak. Our brisket is smoked for 11 – 13 hours.
History
Established in 2014.
We’ve been BBQ’n for approximatley 15 years. Frequently the feedback was that it was the best BBQ they had ever eaten and that we should sell it. We finally decided to give it a go. We started with a food trailer, and did catering as well.
We no longer have the food trailer but, we still cater.
