Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant

Very much enjoyed our first visit and we are back for the second time in a week. The wonton soup is flavorful and the General’s chicken is good and so is the Bourbon chicken. Yum!

Solid neighborhood joint. It is consistent every time we have ordered and always fast. A little on the greasy side for me but lots of menu options. Very polite employees.

We were looking for a place that was open on Easter and were ecstatic to see their Open sign lit up. The reviews were great, so we decided to give it a try and I’m so glad we did. Our server Nancy was friendly and competent. The service was very good and the food was amazing. I had the scallops and vegetables. My husband had the wonton soup and tofu. The tofu was lightly breaded, so it was crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and the flavor was great. We will definitely be back. Every week.

I’ve been here twice during lunch. The portion size for the $ amount is AMAZING. I’ve been to a lot of chinese places that try to fluff the amount of actual meat they give you by giving you pieces of fried dough with no meat in it, this place doesn’t do that at all! I absolutely love their egg rolls and their wonton and egg drop soups! Their general tso’s and their lomein are delicious! I can’t wait to go back and try more things on their menu! The service here is amazing too. They have very friendly staff.

I just wanted to update my review. We still get great food and service always from this establishment. We order delivery almost weekly and we are always satisfied with the taste, portions and service we receive. Our favorites are the Beef Broccoli; Special Lo Mein; General Tso’s Chicken; House Special Egg Foo Young; BBQ Pork with Veg; Honey Walnut Shrimp; Bo Bo platter, Crab puffs and NY Style Egg Rolls — order them extra crispy –I love them! Thank you Hong Kong!

Went here with my wife and two kids on Sunday (1÷24÷16) evening. Our waitress was just «okay». She was all business, very little personality. We started with an order of egg rolls which were fresh out the fryer, they were very hot in temperature. I ordered a bowl of the Hot & Sour soup which was really tasty. For my entrée, I ordered the Curry Chicken which was good. The chicken was very thinly sliced and very tender. The sauce was very watery /​runny. Our entire meal was not bad. Don’t know if I would rush back to eat here.

Really good chinese food!
We love the crab wontons, big and full of cream cheese.
Their lunch specials are a bargain range from 5.25 to 6.95 and include egg roll, soup, fried or steamed rice, and your entrée.
Today we got orange chicken and orange beef.
Beef — cooked well, sliced thin giving it a crispy texture. Lil slivers of orange peel giving a good orange flavor.
Chicken — good size chunks with same batter as sweet n sour. The chicken is white and moist. Cooked perfectly.
Fried rice — plain, no vegies.
You get 2 – 3 people waiting on you so your drinks stayed filled and they check on you.

The décor let’s it down and lack of atmosphere. Needs an uplift and would of got the full 5 stars .
The ribs for starter was the highlight for sure ! :)

The service was extremely friendly and gracious. They actually have a wonderfully contagious happiness that made my dining experience very pleasant. The food was also great: hot, fresh, and quick. The lunch special of the day is a steal and tasty, too.

The best Chinese I had in a long time, Nancy our waitress was so nice at all times she made our dinner so enjoyable. Food was delicious, fresh taste, good size portions and very fair price.

I came here for lunch and had the spicy shrimp lo mein with hot & sour soup. It was so good! My waitress was so nice. The lunch prices are definitely reasonable!

Always consistent, fresh and flavorful. Service fast and friendly. A pleasurable experience.

This place is surprisingly good, is reasonably priced, and even delivers! Woot!

The best Chinese, period. The potstickers are fabulous as we as the Hong Kong noddles! Don’t pass this place up. The wait staff is the best hands down. Give it a try and don’t stop going.

Dear Hong Kong,
What happened? You once had fresh rice and chicken… the last 4 times I have ordered takeout the rice is bland! I suspect the rice is left over from the previous day. The soup does not taste as good as it once did. I really give the benefit of the doubt because I remember the way it used to be. Finally I ordered today to see if things had improved. I took a bite of the rice & orange chicken and I lost my appetite. The only thing that tasted good was the crab puff.
The service has never been an issue for me, in fact I think it’s the best service around but without fresh food, it’s not good enough. The food is all packed in my fridge now, but I don’t think I will touch it. I think I will be moving on, and I regret ordering now.

Crappy Crappy service. Tried calling in an order in for 30 minutes. Drove to the restaurant and there were 3 tables occupied. Given some BS that they were busy. Placed our order to go and my friend and I were sitting there. We noticed a bag sitting there thinking it was someone else’s order. We finally asked and she said (giggling) Oh yes, it’s yours. Sorry sorry!!!

The day of my final walk through on my home, we passed here and decided to give it a go while we still had time to kill.
First, lets talk about the SERVICE:
–The women serving us (who I’m guessing may be the owner) was the nicest women ever! She was just sweet as could be. She truly made us feed so welcome and comfortable.
The CLEANLINESS:
–I grew up in restaurants. Many many of them between all my family. One thing we pride our selves is how clean we keep everything. even my own kitchen at home. It is a verrrrrry rare day when I’m completely impressed with how clean a restaurant is. This place is SPOTLESS! I always gaze through the kitchen at ever restaurant I can (come on you know you do it too, if you every worked in the food industry). Their kitchen looked as if you would eat off the floor. Even the dinning area has rug. and it looked like you may be able to eat off that as well. although i don’t advise it!
The FOOD:
Everything you eat here, you can tell is made IN HOUSE! Which I love! Its fresh, flavorful, and priced perfectly. From the crab ragoon, the Orange Beef, and especially the Curry Chicken. It was all perfect!
Have already gone back for take out, and this will be a place w go to a few times a month I’m sure.

Insanely fast delivery. I don’t want to post that and make them hate me, but they quoted us 40 minutes and arrived in less than 20. Food is classic Chinese delivery cuisine. I ordered General Tsos. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone on this side of town.
Appetizers are okay, nothing I’m crazy about. I would also order the general Tsos spicier.
Will order again when I feel like being lazy on a Sunday.

Amazing food & service!
I have driven past this place for a year when my husband looked up the reviews & saw how good they were. We stopped by & tried it. We are SO GLAD we did.
The place is very clean. I always scrub down the high chairs before my babies use them & 90% of the time they come back dirty, not here. Perfectly clean! The whole place feels so clean.
We did their lunch special which is a great deal! The price is great & the food is yummy!
Highly recommend! We will be back!
