Thank you Mint Dentistry. Your customer service is SUPREME! I really enjoyed my experience from the time I walked into the door until the time I walked out the door. The reception area is a prelude to how the office is set up beautifully…, wasn’t my normal dental office visit.

The people here are really nice and try to set the atmosphere that is comfortable to you, HOWEVER, it a whole lot of young people that work here including the doctors. I think since its younger staff that works at the office they are still learning how to hone their skills in a way that makes their patients feel comfortable. I went there yesterday and honestly it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. I was getting my cavities filled and it was so painful. I’ve been to dentist offices all over and normally I have no problems when it’s time to get my teeth filled. First off, the dental assistant put the topical numbing stuff around my gums, they didn’t leave it on long enough and she didn’t put it everywhere in my mouth that the dentist, Dr. Jordan, injected the anesthesia. So when Dr. Jordan injected it in my mouth, I FELT EVERYTHING!!! Secondly, they didn’t wait long enough to let the anesthesia set in my mouth before drilling my cavities, I could feel about ²⁄₃ of what Dr. Jordan was doing in my mouth. He even hit one of the nerves in my mouth and re-​injected me with more anesthesia (that I felt)!! He then moved to the other side of my mouth and the same thing happened again then he re-​injected me a couple more times (that I felt)!!! I felt like that man was giving me injections like it was water!!! Then it came time to fill my cavities, Dr. Jordan filled them, but he wasn’t to careful with not getting the acid stuff he filled it with all over my tongue. That stuff tastes horrible! Then I started getting spasms and lock jaw from the black pillow thing they put in my mouth too far back to prop my mouth open with. I told the dentist, but he told me to «calm down and breathe through my nose slowly»!!! How the hell am I supposed to calm down and breathe slowly through my nose if you see that I’ve been in pain this whole time. I was just wishing it would hurry up and be over!!! By the time it was all over damn near half my face was swollen and numb including my nose and cheeks! Usually, I’m never sore in my mouth the next day, but today and yesterday I had to take a couple Tylenols to help alleviate the pain in my mouth after my cavities got filled. They have a lot of learning and growing to do. I’m not going to be the one for them to learn and grow on! I’m finding another dentist I can trust. I could go on and on about a lot of the other things that took place that made me not want to go there again. They gave me a great deal on getting my cavities filled, but I think you get what you pay for. I only went here because you get free teeth whitening if you have PPO dental insurance. It wasn’t worth it! Next time I’m calling ahead to any dentist office and asking about their experience.

Great place and very professional. Spring location. I don’t like going to the dentist but Mint Dentistry eased my fears. I give it 2
