Brought in a nilgai to have processed. They were going to butterfly the backstraps. I only received 5 lbs of backstrap when I went to pick it up… I get more than that from a hill country whitetail. The nilgai backstraps weighed 10 lbs each (20lbs total) when I dropped it off. I will never go here again nor recommend fisher for any processing.

I have used several processors and the andouille sausage mixed with the venison is by far the best in town. This is my 8th year using Fishers and I will always bring my business to them.
If you are a fan of fresh pork products than they also have a cooler with all types of smoked and fresh sausage.

For all of my fellow hunters. This place is the absolute best meat market for deer processing. They make the best jalapeño cheddar deer sausage you’ll ever taste.
