I have come in for pedicures, manicures full sets and refills for over a year now. I was always happy with the gel sets and their pedicures are great. From sitting down in the massage chair and having a warm therapy wrap around your neck and shoulders it’s a relaxing experience. I’m always particular about cleanliness and I’ve been pleased on each visit.

DONOTGOHERE! Unless you are OK with tools that are not properly sanitized or sanitized at all. I developed a horrible infection on my toe with green puss coming out as a result of the pedicure I received 2 days prior. I should have done something at the time(yes I know, my bad) but I went through the rest of my pedi. The infection was so intense it woke me up in the middle of the night throbbing. I’m going to a podiatrist tomorrow. I’m pissed off that I have to pay for their mistake. This salon should be ashamed of themselves. Don’t buy into their«free soda & chips» as a reason for going here. I didn’t even take advantage of that but this place is not for you. They need to use that money of free chips & soda for their patrons on sanitary equipment. I will never go there again. I had to put 1 star just to get this posted. I guess that 1 star can be for my initial impression of the salon looking decent when I walked in and getting a nice greeting.

I’m not sure that this salon is abiding by sanitation regulations and standards. I visited the salon on a busy Sunday for a mani/pedi. I was seated next to another woman for the pedi and there was a table with two drawers placed between our manicurists. The top drawer was pulled open and both manicurists were using the drawer to store their instruments. Neither manicurist was using one-time use equipment, and BOTH ladies kept throwing their tools in the top drawer of the table. Without even looking into the drawer, they would feel their way around and find the next tool. The chances are high that my manicurist could have grabbed the tool that was just used for the stranger next to me. This is clearly irresponsible, unsanitary, and dangerous. Cheap mani/pedi, but risky.

Possibly one of the best nails salons, but I prefer the e-nails in the Woodlands much better. Although, they are always busy, they seem to be understaffed on the days I come in & that’s during the weekends. The prices are descent & the work that I’ve seen isn’t bad either. If you go to the spring location & want your nails done without a nail tech saying«oh, that won’t work for you» or «that’s something we don’t do», ask for sherry, I believe that’s her name. She is really good at what she does. I recommend her work. The pedicures are also worth it here, you might just have to wait a little bit longer than you anticipated due to the busy weekends.

I’ve been coming to enails for years now. They are one of the best nail salons I’ve been to. Pedicures, manicures, full body waxes, you name it, they got it, and they perform their services well. I usually get the deluxe pedicure, which includes snack, drink, warm herbal shoulder pad, movie/or tv show, callus treatment, cooling gel, seaweed mask w/hot towel wrap, foot and leg massage and a hot stone massage!!! I work with small children so I don’t usually get my nails done, but the few times I did, I was very satisfied with the services. I’ve never met a rude staff member, from the moment you walk in the door, you receive a warm greeting, all the until you exit. They serve free snacks, water, and wine! If you’re looking for a great nail salon, check out Enails!

I have an appointment for the doctor next door and decided to get my nails done while waiting. I walked in and it’s all vietnamese which is fine because most nail salons are. She waxed my brows and my lips then I wanted a polish change for my nails and toes. While getting it done another tech walks up and she complains that my nails are too short and my color too bright in vietnamese. I understood every word. I was pretty irritated because she didn’t even polish down to my cuticles. Then a second tech walks up and looks at my nails and stands there and says how short my nails are. Well geez, i didn’t know I had to have nails a certain length to get my nails done. I didn’t even bother with my top coat, paid 21 plus tips and left. These people just talk about you, i can’t stand it. I don’t look vietnamese but I sure understand every word and that was the most irritating experience. This happens all the time at nail salons and I usually don’t say anything but when you have 3 people talking about just how short and difficult it is to handle your nails, there’s no reason to stay

If I could give less than one star I would. This place is filthy and a health hazard. They use dirty instruments and re-use their files and sponges. The chairs they sit in are all torn up and disgusting. I got the pedicure but passed on the manicure because I saw them not clean out the foot spa in between customers.

Came here on my lunch break and they were quick. Refill for overlay and pedicure was really quick. Although the lady that worked on my feet was rough and kept trying to get me to buy the higher up package after I said no twice. Don’t like that and she cut me. The lady that did my hands was a pro. She was quick and nice and gave me exactly what I wanted. I always get a powder overlay and they have numerous colors so going to give them a second try. Im very picky. I have learned over the years of getting nails done that you dont go at the end of the day and you dont go on weekends or Fridays. I seem to deal with grumpy tired techs. I need full attention with nice attitudes. I don’t mind tipping for great work. And will not tip when done wrong.

I called and asked if the took walk in they said yes! I requested removal of my shellac and a new shellac to be applied! It was an awful job the sides are missing color and tips are so thick. He did not get the color close to my cuticles and there was polish all over my fingers! I had a a blk dot in one on one of the nail he sad sorry I missed that! I will not return it was the worse job I have ever gotten! I was so excited for the treat I gave my self now it’s work bc I hide my hands I hope another location will be better.

(Written a while back, but forgot to post) Best nail salon I’ve been to. Pedi chairs face the walls with TVs so you may choose to watch a DVD of choice. Very nice and CLEAN. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. My coworkers and I go after work and there are sometimes 5 of us all at the same time. They try as much as possible to keep us all together so we can chit chat. They also offer complimentary snacks and drinks(including wine!). I’ve only had one tech work on me and he’s awesome; ask for James! The rest of the techs(who have worked on my coworkers) were friendly too. I definitely recommend this place: D

I like the services they offer I just wish they were consistent with them. I get the ultimate pedicure which is a drink, a movie?, hot wax treatment, scrub, hot rock massage, hot shoulder wrap and lotion. Well it’s different every time I come sometimes I get the shoulder wrap, sometimes I don’t, sometimes I get a drink, sometimes I don’t but the hot rock massage, scrub, hot wax and lotion is always given. Those three are honestly my favorite part that’s why I keep getting it. The staff is friendly and they are pretty good at fitting you in.

Went there as a girls day out with my sister and mom, the Thursday before my wedding. We had ok service. I felt like we were being rushed out of there… My mom made an appointment for the three of us to have a pedicure session and get our nails done. They had the nail techs come to our pedicure chairs(which are fabulous) and proceed to do our manicures there. I got the shellac nails, which with the UV machines, I thought they would have done this at a booth, but no. They brought the UV lights up on the pedicure chair. My mom and sister had pictures of how they wanted their nail designs to look, which was a glitter nail polish on the tips, to cascade down, not to be a ‘tip’ look… yeah, they got the tips done. After asking to redo them, they tried to fix it as good as they could. I felt like they kept trying to pressure my mom to get a nail design on her toes, when she told them a million times, her shoes were closed toe, and they would not show… Needless to say, it’s been 2 weeks after the wedding, and my shellac nails are still ok. A few chips on the sides, but ok. For $ 200 for 3 pedicures and 3 manicures. I think that it was a bit pricy for the rushed job we received. Will I go back, probably not… but at least they are clean and have a surgical cleaner for their tools. They pull all of their tools out of a sealed container, which makes me give them 3 instead of 2 stars. Would have been 4, if they would not have gotten the electrical devices on the chair while I had water in the pedicure tub… :-s

I made an appt for 3 people and asked if i made an appt, could we sit together. She said yes. When we arrived, they wanted us to sit separately cause one of their chairs was broken. I said no, and quoted what the lady told me. They should have made sure 3 chairs were open together when they found out. Then the lady i had was extremely rough with the callous remover and i was in so much pain i almost made her stop. Part of it was the cheap equipment they were using. Then she didnt even paint my whole big toe nails. And my mom’s tech didnt do the scrub on her legs. Im sorry but thats one too many strikes and they are out. Not going back. When i pay that much, i expect the service im paying for.

Great staff! Recently moved to area and prior to me visiting the salon I called after their closing time and they were able to accommodate my need for eyebrow waxing. They allowed me to come up there and waited until I arrived. Eyebrow results were great and I will be using them in the future! Happy to find a salon that works for me!

Love the way the pedicure chairs face the walls with a personal flat screen tv to watch. The chairs are comfortable, recline, and have glute massage. They also will give you something to drink and a snack. Only drawback is that the English language is not mastered by all.
