Business Owner

Eric Nguyen has successfully built a food truck business from the ground up. As one of the pioneers of the Food Truck craze in Houston, he noticed Houston lacked Food Trucks and jumped on the opportunity to be first to market in the industry. As the sole owner and operator of Oh My Gogi Korean BBQ Food Truck, he has had his hands in every aspect of running the business from marketing to managing daily operations. Nguyen did not relay on paid advertising because he saw a more cost efficient method of reaching his customer base through social media. In less than two years of operations, Oh My Gogi has well over 6,000 fans both on Twitter and Facebook. Oh My Gogi has been one of the most popular food trucks in Houston since it first opened its windows. In November of 2012, Oh My Gogi Korean BBQ was listed in the top 100 food trucks in the nation. Eric has a B.S. in Government and a Minor in Business from the University of Texas.

The absolute worst experience time and time again. Bought juice 3 days ago, (they mix it right there with no gloves and probably very little training) juice tasted horrible, gag you horrible. Went in today and tried to exchange it, had only used enough to half way fill up my atomizer. Girl behind the desk who mixed it would not allow me to exchange it or even give me a discount. If you cant stand behind your products then close your business.

I’m not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. Every time I go in there the staff helps me, and I get in and out quickly. It’s a chill place. They have a few types of premium eliquids and house eliquids. I always get the house liquids as I order my premiums online.
My favorite house flavor I’ve tried is the passion fruit. Prices are higher than online, but I suppose it’s reasonable for brick and mortar.
I’m not sure about actual vapes, coils, and tanks, but I’ll go back again to buy eliquids.

This place was a waste of our time. My hubby needed a couple new cartridges. We were also looking for some new flavors. We drove twenty minutes to get to this place and were looking forward to it. When we walked in, two young women were sitting on a couch watching a flat screen. It definitely felt like we had just entered someone’s disorganized house and we were disturbing their free time. Both of them jumped off the couch like they had been caught. Then they tag teamed us (to get us out of there) — they began answering our questions with a question, it was like we were trying to purchase an item from two middle school besties who are easily irritated. Overall, they did not have any item that we were looking for and were most likely happy to see us leave. I think this place spends more money on keeping the staff entertained than actually purchasing products to sell. Don’t go here, you will regret it.

This was the first vapor store I’d ever been to when I first started this venture. Their stock was ok, and their liquids were great. After a few more visits to buy could and more liquid, I bought another battery. About 2 weeks later, the battery crapped out on me. I took it back to see what they could do. They told me they would have to send the battery away for repairs. They also said they would call me in a week to update me. Here I am, a month later with not one phone call. I stopped by today to see what the deal was. The man there gave me some runaround story. I did not appreciate his crap story when I have been a loyal customer. I cashed in my points and will not be returning. Customer service is nonexistent. I will NEVER shop there again. It wouldn’t let me post zero stars, they so undeservingly get 1.

I do not recommend this place. I went with the intention of buying a second (and possibly third) cartridge for the electronic cigarette I recently purchased. As a new owner of an e cigarette, I had a few questions. The two people were watching TV when I walked in, and let me know I was a bother to them, as were my questions. The woman «in charge» rolled her eyes at me when I asked about buying a second cartridge, and said «why would you need a second cartridge?» Then, when I asked about buying new coils, she gave me the price but clearly it was a bother to sell me the 5 for $ 10. I saw something called «Golden Drops» on the counter on clearance and asked what it was, and she said, «Just something that has been discontinued». I left this very rude place and drove ½ a mile to Spring Vapor on Sawdust, where I was greeted with a friendly smile as I walked in, and where I purchased my second and third cartridges. Spring Vapor was also eager to answer my questions.
Please do not bother the personnel at Vapor Trading Company. They really do not want your business, and will let you know as soon as you walk in the door.

They only get one star because it seems like they might have some high quality juices. I wouldn’t actually know because the staff (if you can call them that) couldn’t be bothered to help me. Too busy talking to each other, vaping away themselves, and staring at their cell phones. I was the ONLY customer, drove ~25 minutes to give them some business, and they couldn’t even be bothered to let me test some juice. Fire the staff and perhaps it will be a good shop. Sad too because a higher end vape shop in the woodlands/​spring is needed.
I won’t be back.
Their website is lousy as well and has the wrong address. It also rarely works.

Love this place its freaking awesome, i went in when they first opened everyone there is pleasant and always has a smile. they don’t treat you like your dumb. i will always come back.
